The fully renovated furnished apartment is located in the city center, next to all amenities, 20 minutes' drive from Tunis-Carthage International Airport, 20 minutes from the Bardo Museum, 20 minutes' walk from the Municipal Theater of Tunis and the city center, 25 minutes' walk from the Medina, 10 minutes' walk from the Belvedere Zoo, 5 minutes' walk from several large stores, 2 minutes' walk from the metro station... my favorite café is a 2-minute walk away "Café Lemdina"... very well secured neighborhood.

One bedroom flat situated in a well maintained building in a calm and secure area of Tunis city center. Few metres away from Avenue Mohammed 5 and Place Pasteur. Conveniently located near bus and metro stops. The flat has a 1 bedroom with queen size bed and built-in wardrobe, a well equipped open kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave,..) and a large living room with a nice balcony having a view on the square. The flat includes AC, heater and it is very quiet and comfortable.

Newly refurbished flat right in center of Tunis. Spacious and central flat near La medina. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 5 min from Habib Bourguiba Avenue and 10 min to La medina. Near shops, theatre,cinema and the Cathedral of Tunis. Near famous restaurants that serve traditional Tunisian food like Dar el Jeld. Well equipped flat with all amenities to cook, make coffee and even work remotely. It has air conditioning and heating.
