Beautiful family home with Austrian hinted styles, decorated with natural tints and vintage materials. We bought this 1906-build home for its distinctive features and amble light. Modernized it as far as we could (floor heating!). Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. The home embodies cosyness. There are two fireplaces (one gas fired and one wood-fired). A 5 min walk to shops and restaurants, 8 min to trainstation (Amsterdam: 40 mins). Next to forest reserve "Lage Vuursche" (bike, hike, mtb, drinks)

This 60 m2 apartment is ideal for couples on an Europe trip, it's a true home-away-from-home. And it's the perfect spot to explore the city of Utrecht from. Besides this it's also a perfect apartment for couples on a working holiday, because of the two separate work places, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. There's a strong wifi signal in both spaces, which makes video call's possible. This modern design apartment in a centuries old building (anno 1584) is in the centre of Utrecht.

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

Stap buiten op ons ruime terras dat uitkijkt over onze fruitbomen, en geniet van het vredige uitzicht op onze boerderijdieren - schapen, varkens, geiten, kippen, kalkoenen en eenden - die vrijelijk tussen de bomen grazen.

Basement next to the forest

We rent the basement under our house as a perfect place for a romantic weekend away, or a week of offsite work. Our villa is 5 min./400 m. walk from the Ridderoordse Bos. It is 30 min. by bike/10 min. by train to Utrecht. A fully equipped apartment with its own entrance of 60 m2 with kitchen, workplace, bedroom with 2 p. box spring (180*220), bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and spacious sauna! The patio garden is still under construction and will be ready by mid-March '25.
