The train station is a 10-minute walk away. From the train station to Utrecht, it is 25 minutes, and to Amsterdam, it is 1 hour.

We offer a pleasant atmosphere, a DELICIOUS BREAKFAST on weekends, and space to unwind. There is a lot of nature at a short distance, and by train e.g. Utrecht and Amsterdam can be reached quickly. Hoeve Nieuw Batelaar has its own private entrance and garden, and guarantees a lot of privacy. The large living room, with an open kitchen has special views over the countryside, and gives guests a sense of calm and space. The spacious bedroom has a luxurious box spring bed for 2 people. The 2nd bedroom has an extendable double bed. The spacious bathroom with a massage shower and infrared sauna, gives access to a wonderfully heated indoor swimming pool.

Unique 4-6 person cottage in nature on estate "Binnenhof". Our old farm has a large barn, the back of which has been converted into a guest house and in which you can enjoy the peace, space and nature that will immediately give you a wonderful vacation feeling. A spacious south-facing patio with beautiful views, table tennis table and fire pit can be used. Spot birds of prey such as buzzards to deer and butterflies and completely relax.

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.
