Beautiful house suitable for children and recently renovated. The secure pool and private access to the beach through a forest are a plus. many things available on site such as barbecue, well-equipped kitchen and games for children. Very welcoming and responsive hosts. Even better than the photos. We'll be back!

We had a pleasant stay in the Koi cabin. The setting is pleasant, peaceful and easy to access. The Koi cabin is full of charm and comfortable. Self check-in and check-out is very convenient. Hosts are responsive and available as needed. Bonus: you can feed the Koi carp!

Both discreet and always available, Gilles, always accompanied by his faithful Kiki, really made this stay pleasant. The cottage and amenities are as described and we highly recommend the place for those who like small villages, fishing or walking or cycling.

The listing description was as we expected, all the amenities were present and functional. the most: step-free house and fully fenced.. easy for children and the elderly and the dog:) Nearby: bakery, market, children's play area and at the edge of a small arm of the sea! It was perfect for our big weekend. Recommended!

My stay at Sandrine's went very well. The accommodation is as advertised and is larger than in the photos. The calm allowed us to rest well and the geographical location of the studio allowed us to easily discover the surroundings. The studio is very well-equipped, the terrace is very pleasant. The car can be parked in the courtyard of the house. Sandrine gave me plenty of tips for visiting the area. Thank you for your hospitality and availability.

Beautiful accommodation, very pleasant and well thought out! The balcony is great, both for breakfast and for the end of the afternoon! Very good location, you can quickly get to La Rochelle by train with the train station 5 mins' walk away. Beach access and tasting hut right next door! We spent 2 very pleasant weeks with our 4-year-old daughter. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable, the covered terrace is very nice. The indoor pool is a real plus. The residence is close to all amenities and especially the market. We could have gone mostly by bike. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Séverine is a great host; the house is very nice with all the necessary amenities and is very well located, with a large quiet garden but not isolated with several restaurants 2 steps away. We are delighted with our stay!

We spent a week in mid-July with family (2 adults 2 small children) in this little house in Port des Barques. The house is true to the photos, well equipped with an enclosed garden ideal for children. The house is well located in the city center of Port des Barques. The bakery and children's games are all within walking distance. Be careful though, the beach (with water reserve) is accessible rather by bike, difficult to walk there. Bikes available in the accommodation. The coastline is flat, it is an oyster farming area so no beaches where swimming is possible nearby except the one with the water reserve 5-10min by bike. Otherwise possibility to get to Fouras 30min by car. Quiet, relaxing stay and beautiful discovery of a region that we did not know!
