Light and airy, the space has been renovated to Scandinavian-style with luxury touches. The area offers lovely walks, great restaurants and cosy country pubs (nearest 5 min walk). If you come by train from London, we are walking distance from the station (as well as supermarkets).

Our brand new listing is a truly unique woodland retreat with a luxury super king bed, dedicated private hot tub & 65 inch tv. Perfect for a couple get-away, this place will take your breath away. Nestled in our remote private woodland on our farm estate this little gem is in touch with nature yet fully fitted with all the home comforts you need. Additionally the woodland retreat includes: 1x private bathroom, a fully fitted outdoor kitchen, WiFi and a bespoke oak outdoor dining table.

We are located very near the Royal Berkshire Hospital and University of Reading. We have a bedroom, garden room and bathroom for people to use during their stay (nothing is shared). There is a separate entrance to the guest's accommodation and there is no access to the main house. We have a cat who sleeps in the adjoining room (our utility room), but will not have access when guests stay. There is no breakfast supplied. There is on road parking on weekday evenings and weekends.

The Former Stables

A self-contained, one bedroom apartment which was converted from stables around 10 years ago. It is around 550 sqft and has a large double bedroom with vaulted ceiling, a comfortable open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen and a limestone shower room. And of course, it has a stable door! Located in the middle of a small village which is approximately 15 mins drive from Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard where fast trains to London take just 30 minutes.
