When we entered the house, it was very good that it was clean and tidy. It was centrally located, very close to the bazaar. There was no parking problem because it was very close to the multi-storey parking lot. We were very pleased. Only the gentlemen sitting in the entrance area of the apartment at night were talking loudly, we warned them, it was not a problem. We'll always go there from now on. By the way, the air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, TV were new. The TV even had a Netflix account and was connected to the internet. Our host brother was a good friendly person. This Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was SUPERB - walking distance to Major Attractions ( Basilica of St John , Ayasuluk), Restaurants, Minimarket, and Public Transport ( Train Station and Otogar to catch Dolmus). The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds. The host was responsive and welcoming, providing valuable local tips. The property's design was really unique in 180 years old building. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as fresh towels and stocked up kitchen. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall, this Airbnb was a fantastic choice for our stay. We felt right at home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base. Five stars isn't enough - we'd give it more if we could! Book with confidence, you will not regret it.

I just learned about the existence of Airbnb, I'm using it for the first time and renting a house for the first time. I had doubts at first, but it didn't turn out as I was worried. When we entered the house, it was freshly cleaned, there was everything that could be needed in a house. The sea was perfect. The only problem is that we have to check in at 3:00 p.m. and check out at 11:00 a.m. Our check-in on the first day was close to 4:00 p.m. due to traffic, we spent our time packing on the day of departure and we could not use our 2 days in a healthy way. There should be a little more flexibility in this regard in general. Mr. Savaş was understanding and answered all our questions in a short time, thank you. It was an accommodation that I would choose again.

We had a very nice time with our two children. The facility is very clean and quiet. You feel at home quickly. The house is very well equipped.

Unforgettable stay in a hidden paradise This was one of the most unbelievable places we’ve ever stayed! Tucked away inside a serene mandarin garden, the mansion is the perfect retreat for families or groups looking for peace, beauty, and a touch of luxury. The surroundings are calm and lush, and the view of the beach at sunset is absolutely magical. The amenities are exceptional—an infinity pool, and even table tennis and a pool table made every day enjoyable. It truly felt like a private resort. What made our stay even more special was the host. Not only was he incredibly welcoming and friendly, but he also went out of his way to bring us fresh fruit and even drove us to the grocery store—something we’ll never forget. This place is ideal for family reunions. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful everything was. I hope to come back someday soon—it really was a dream.

The house is beautiful, not only is it equipped with everything you need, but it has a beautiful local decoration with typical elements. Ilkay left us very precise instructions to get there, the city has complicated streets but following the instructions you can get there correctly. I had read other negative reviews about the neighborhood before booking and had doubts, but the neighborhood is quiet, many children play in the street, older adults drink their Turkish tea and there is little traffic on the street. It's not noisy or unsafe, we felt very calm and comfortable in the place. We have mainly driven by car but we also went to the center a couple of times on foot and it is possible. Although you have to go up and down a lot, there is a slightly steep path along Inönü street. Ilkay was available and sent a lot of information. The internet failed while we were at the beach and he proactively went to fix it. Thank you very much for everything!

It was a quiet and enjoyable vacation. Everything we needed inside the house was thought out and provided. It was clean . It was 10 and 15 minutes away from the known beaches. The only problem was that there were too many ants.

thank you very much for a good rest, as for a family holiday I highly recommend, everything is close to 4 children with different ages, there is something to do and everything in an accessible distance, the pool is clean, volleyball field, tennis, billiards, good beach and sea, and of course a very packed kitchen with dishes and appliances greatly facilitates the cooking process and a lot of appliances so you feel at home, quiet contingent and very quiet and clean.

The house was thought out and stylishly decorated to the objects in an authentic stone house. Everything you're looking for is in the house. Pool depth, excellent cleanliness. A place with peace and privacy where you will go with family and friends. No matter what time at night, no one interferes with your music. If you know what you expect where you're going, you'll leave happy. It's not a place near the club in the middle of the center, it's a peaceful and calm place where you can spend time with yourself or the people you go to. We left very happy with my friends and see you next year;)
