The pool is very clean and sometimes you use it as a private pool. Having two bathrooms is an advantage. There is air conditioning but not necessary. It's not too humid. You can open the windows and go to bed. There's a mosquito net. Ants are a bit of a hassle in the kitchen, but there's an ant medicine in the kitchen. If you have young children, you can go to İçmeler Bay in the National Park. The sea is like sand and the pool. If there are no children, you can go to other bays, calmer but stony. Unforgettable stay in a hidden paradise This was one of the most unbelievable places we’ve ever stayed! Tucked away inside a serene mandarin garden, the mansion is the perfect retreat for families or groups looking for peace, beauty, and a touch of luxury. The surroundings are calm and lush, and the view of the beach at sunset is absolutely magical. The amenities are exceptional—an infinity pool, and even table tennis and a pool table made every day enjoyable. It truly felt like a private resort. What made our stay even more special was the host. Not only was he incredibly welcoming and friendly, but he also went out of his way to bring us fresh fruit and even drove us to the grocery store—something we’ll never forget. This place is ideal for family reunions. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful everything was. I hope to come back someday soon—it really was a dream.

First of all, thanks to the host and Mr. Akif. The house is exactly as it is in the photos (even more beautiful than the photos). Everything was given to us in a perfectly clean way. The house had everything we needed. It has a location close to the center and even to everywhere to visit in Kuşadası. It was a house to go to again and again.

The garden was very well maintained; it was a great place to barbecue and relax. Especially the entrance to the house is really impressive. The hosts, Mr. Alican and his family, were very kind and helpful. They answered all our questions immediately and made us feel really at home. We had everything we needed at home, every detail was thought out. The environment was very peaceful and quiet, perfect for those who want to get away from the city and relax. It was also in a very good location. Although it was in a quiet area, it was very easy to get to the surrounding places to visit. It is also very suitable for those who want to spend time in touch with nature and for those who want to explore the environment. We recommend it with peace of mind.

We were very satisfied with the house, everything was as it was described. We felt like at home here. We even had the opportunity to get to know the house owner. Very nice, positive person and the Mr. Engin, who picked us up and led us to the house, was also a very nice man, were very nicely received and if something was, we were also allowed to contact us again and again. A great apartment in the mountains. Quiet, very beautiful. The pool is shared. There are few people. Very often we bathed together. It's not far to the city. If you have a car, it's a very good place. The host is always available. Check-in and check-out without the host - the key is in a special box, with a PIN code.
