Seaton wetlands can be easily accessed on foot in minutes. Seaton town centre and beach are approx. 1 mile away, along with Seaton Tramway where you can enjoy a ride along the Axe estuary. The shingle beach with promenade is a mile long, easy access to the Southwest coast path. Pets are welcome for a fee.

This cottage is right in the heart of Beer. You step out the front door and it’s a two minute walk past the shops, cafes and galleries to the beautiful horse shoe shaped bay. Cosy cottage in a lovely village close to Seaton, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis. Great for all year visits as we have underfloor heating downstairs and radiators in every bedroom. Well equipped for self catering but there are two great pubs in the village. Enclosed rear garden for al fresco dining and relaxing.
