Lovely apartment, very convenient and accessible from Shin-Kobe station. Apartment was a good size and with great views of Kobe. Atoo was a super host and I’d thoroughly recommend his place!

All of the best! Definitely recommend to group or family stay. The public place is awesome. It’s close to snow park and Arima Onsen, AND THEY SERVE TRANSPORTATION! We met bad weather this winter and the cable and bus was stopped, no taxi response,barely can’t get down the mountain. Thanks for the staff. We are planning another stay this summer now~

and it was a very comfortable and enjoyable trip.There is a river in front of you, a mountain in the back, and if you want to be assessed in a natural environment. There were two buildings, and it was a way to stay in one of them.Either way, you can prepare to have a BBQ, and it was convenient to use equipment, plates, knives, etc. that can be used as a wife to a certain extent. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

It was a beautiful room that had just been renovated. There were two toilets and two washstands and air conditioners on the first floor. It was a 2-minute walk to the sea. I was able to walk to the sea many times. I also enjoyed searching for cats in the city. The wifi was also smooth for children to play games and watch videos. It was a nice kitchen and well equipped with tools. I was able to use a large refrigerator for five days and three meals. It was a 2-minute walk to the neighborhood rental car for 2,500 yen. Perfect weekend getaway trip with the lads.

The smile and kindness of the staff were very healing. I asked for a car to be picked up and picked up, but the driving was very polite, and I was able to arrive without getting drunk even if I was weak in the car. When I arrived, I immediately felt at home with a welcome drink, a great view, and a clean room. Great stay, friendly staff!

Coming from Los Angeles, this place made me feel at home. I was amazed to see how spacious it was, plenty of comfortable couches, and a set up akin to what you would find in a nice upscale loft or one bedroom in the California. The location was perfect. Right next to the train exit and had everything I needed within a block. If you want to fly in for a day and experience kobe's food and nature, this spot is perfect. If you need a good sleep, you may want to bring ear plugs as it's right up against a place that plays japanese/k-pop music until late in the night and starts again the morning, though if you aren't planning on going to bed early (and why should you? It's Kobe!) , this place is prime.

The host is very nice, very detailed check-in procedures, the location is about 10 minutes walk from Shin-Kobe Station and very convenient, close to Sannomiya.

clean and great place

The property offers excellent value for money and excellent public transport connections. Yui, the host, is incredibly accommodating and friendly. She is always available and happy to help with any questions. We were completely satisfied and can highly recommend the accommodation as well as Yui as a host.

This is an accommodation where you can feel the Japanese sensibility. There are plenty of beds, so there's no problem for up to 6 people. It's a little unfortunate that the surrounding area is a quiet house and it's vulnerable to soundproofing, but I think it would be nice if you like it quiet.

This was a great stay for our family of 6 while visiting Universal Studios. We were able to easily walk from the train station to the apartment, and USJ was right next to us! There was a 7/11 close by where we were able to get food, and the apartment had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for large families wishing to visit USJ.
