Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Avon

Our stay at Jesse’s was so great. The space fit us all so well and is very close to town. We saw moose and got some hikes done that were right by (.2 miles away). Jesse was very prompt in communication and we can’t wait to stay again!

We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

Tracey's apartment was the perfect base camp for a ski with my partner. It's in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood but still convenient to all the resorts in the area. Furnishings were recent and well-maintained, and having access to a laundry machine was very helpful. Blackout curtains in the bedroom made for great sleep!

Just like the photos - great place to stay! Super close to town. Easy walk into town, uphill on the way back but very easy to call an uber. The hot tub was great and secluded in the woods. We had a great time!

The place is just as shown in the pictures, it’s a great lay out for a family of four. The full size kitchen had everything you need & more. Curtis is a great host, super responsive and answered all our questions! The bus stop to Avon Station/beaver creek gondola is a quick walk from the condo. The yard is great for dogs, and the pull out couch mattress is memory foam- super comfortable for the kids. Towel warmer & large shower is a plus too. Curtis worked with us and moved up check-in an hour (based on house cleaner availability). Overall the place is quiet, clean and has a minimalist decor that adds to the charm!

Our stay with Amy was incredible! She was a lovely host meeting us when we arrived and showed us around. The views are breathtaking! No, literally! This place is nearly at 10,000 feet altitude! I would recommend spending a day taking it easy if you're not used to it. Every inch of this home is spotless and well taken care of! iIts try rare to find an Airbnb that is so clean. Amy's thoughtful touches provide everything you need to have a relaxing stay. Our favorite was the steam shower which was heaven after a long day of activities in the surrounding areas. This stay was the highlight of our trip and it certainly will be for your trip too. I hope to stay again some day!

This home was an absolute dream! Everything was so clean, smelled amazing, and they have the most comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub with snow falling down!

This was the second time the my teenage daughter, dad, and I stayed at Kris and Karen’s place for a multi-day ski trip. It works perfectly for our needs.

This was a great little spot for us and our two fur babes. It was so close to downtown Breck, easy to go back and forth. Noreen was so kind, flexible and made sure we felt comfortable. We were able to contact her when needed, otherwise we had privacy. Would stay here again!

We loved the place. The views from the balcony was awesome. We made the drive to Independence pass and it was great. there are plenty to do around. Overall a grat stay.

Michael’s place is beautiful and comfortable. Also very quiet despite being in an apartment building. The inside stands out, but it’s the amazing view of Dillon reservoir that takes the cake. I would definitely be back and would also recommend.

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it very much! It was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Just right for a weekend getaway. Right on the golf course but very peaceful and quiet. We were able to ride our bikes to restaurants and all over the area.

Nancy’s place was great! Very close to vail and such a cute neighborhood! The apartment was very clean and cute.

the house was comfortable, the surroundings were nice, and the common hot tub after skiing was great. the house had some minor glitches, but the space is well used and the sleeping space is very nice. I'd say, ideal for a family of four or two couples with a kid. the beds are; two queens and two twins (a couch and a bed under the couch)

We really loved staying at Chantal’s quiet home. It’s close enough to the village to have easy access, but also far enough that the location feels truly peaceful, private, and quiet. Her place was amazingly well-stocked with everything we needed to do some light cooking, stay comfy during the night with a humidifier, and do laundry.

Loved the stay at Brett’s. It was clean and cozy. And loved the touch of tea and coffee. Shower was amazing after a long couple days on the road. Would definitely recommend if looking for a nice space to rest your head.

My family and I a great experience checking in — everything was smooth and hassle-free. The view was beautiful and I loved the condo with all the natural light and skylights. The fireplace was a great addition too. It was a quiet place and great location. The host was great to work with too. I would stay again.

Tony’s place was great for my weeklong ski trip. The location is unbeatable, it’s within a short walking distance to the gondola and Main st. The free bus system is also very easy to use (there’s a stop right out front) and you can ski-in from the 4 o’clock run across the street. The unit is clean and exactly as pictured with a fully stocked kitchen. Easy check in/out and front desk staff were always kind. Tony was very responsive and incredibly accommodating! I’d stay here again.

We booked for a couple’s spring ski trip and it was great. Comfortable and just 15 min walk to the ski rentals and Gondola. The apt is well equipped and clean!
