The space is exactly as it is in the photos, with all the kitchen utensils, table set, barbecue, we were even surprised by the amount of items available for use, nothing was missing. The beds and linens are of great quality and were impeccably clean. The condominium's beach service is an extra that made all the difference, the building's staff were always helpful, friendly and very willing to help us. In general, the apartment is spacious, comfortable, airy, bright, with very tasteful decoration, very well located, with everything you need for your family's stay. Returning to Guarujá, we already know where we want to stay!

The place was spotless and very well maintained — cleaning was done daily. I slept like a baby thanks to the comfortable mattress, blackout curtains, and the surprising quiet despite being close to the road. At night, all I could hear were the calming ocean waves. Parking is available 24 hours for just R$15. Everyone was very polite, and communication with Arnaldo was fast and attentive. I truly felt at home. The shower was excellent as well. Highly recommended!

We'll be back more often! Everything as described, impeccable bedding, no need to bring anything, pillows, sheets, blankets in great condition! Full kitchen, great gourmet area for pets, great barbecue area too! Hercules was always helpful and responded quickly!

The view from the apartment is wonderful! The location is perfect with everything you need 5 minutes away or less. Easy access to entry and exit, Leandro is always active and responds super fast! I highly recommend it, I can't wait to come back!

We were made to feel very welcome, the hosts are very polite and helpful. The accommodation is better than it looks in the pictures, all new, rustic and very beautiful. Beds are comfortable and the house is quite spacious. I went with my family and felt at home. I recommend it to everyone.

The Sunset penthouse is fantastic, although there were only 2 of us, the apartment was much more than we needed, it is an ideal penthouse for couples or people with children. Usually, I would say that my reviews are very serious, but in this case I could not use another term "EXCELLENT" I recommend 100% ...... if it was not so big I would definitely come back other times. The apartment is excellent with a privileged balcony location and position. A breathtaking view of the sea! To go to the beach is just across the street. We only took the car out the driveway to walk away and the two spaces worked perfectly. The apartment is spacious and the height favors always being airy with a constant breeze. All electros working perfectly. Very cozy. Very close to Extra como do Carrefour 24H where it is possible to fetch the warm bread every morning at the foot. Close to restaurants, snack bars, ice cream shops, shops, etc. Drinking coffee every morning with the view of the sea and the horizon was undoubtedly my best experience! Host Edir was helpful and kind at all times when he was asked. Can I come back soon or is it still early?
