Excellent sea front apartment, above standard, in the best point of Guilhermina. Very airy 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 spaces. Sacada gourmet, with frontal view of the corner of the fort. You feel like you're on the beach without leaving the apartment. It is a storeroom by the sea, with beer and barbecue. Park inside the building and only remove the car to leave. A few minutes walking by the sea you have bakeries, markets and the Guilhermina Feirinha.

Beachfront apartment! Cozy, spacious, modern and with everything you need for a good stay! Family condominium! Very quiet! And with a great location, close to hypermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, ice cream parlors and restaurants (on the waterfront, in front of the building), in the Aviação neighborhood! You can leave your car in the building's garage, as the apartment has 2 designated covered spaces, and you can do everything on foot!
