Family-friendly vacation rentals in Aviation Beach

My experience was exceptional! The location is great, with easy access to the main points of the city, with everything close by: markets, restaurants and transportation. The structure of the site is impeccable — comfortable, well decorated, clean and with all the necessary items for a quiet stay. The great differential, however, was Cristina's hospitality: always very cordial, attentive and proactive, ready to help with any need. Without a doubt, I recommend and would return with pleasure!

We really enjoyed our stay, we enjoyed it a lot! Very clean and organized apartment, practical and functional, with everything needed for a great stay for up to 4 people. Accepting a small pet was a differential for our choice. Full access to the leisure area, especially the pools and beach service. Great beachfront location, with a supermarket next door, restaurants and shops, and easy access to the city's main points. House with the personality of the residents, getting elderly and needing some touches. We went to 3 adults, we used the 2 air-conditioned rooms. Bathrooms ok, comfortable beds. Location good for tours, but we have no way to evaluate about structure on foot, as we did everything by car. We just miss the TV (we got a full day of rain) and microwave. But we were warned before the TV, and the internet worked super well.

Everything is great in the stay. I spent with my family the Réveillon of 2025. The house was in perfect condition and comfortably accommodated 11 adults and 2 children. All rooms with air conditioning and some also with a fan. 5 comfortable bedrooms, 1 of them suite, two large bathrooms and the very spacious kitchen and living room. The atmosphere is very cool. in the upper part, a large gourmet area and a swimming pool with very good sunbathing area. Anyway, the space of the house is extremely pleasant. It's all well clean and organized. Ricardo is an excellent host, was flexible at check-in and allowed our entrance a little early so we could get out of traffic. Also, it gave all the necessary assists and responded very quickly. Very considerate. Finally, the property's location is excellent. Mercados, pharmacies very close, it is possible to walk, the beach is also very close, 1 block and the building has service on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. I highly recommend it!

Everything is literally wonderful, great apartment, an impeccable view, there is nothing to say, Carlos is always available for questions, Valeria who gave us the keys was super polite and was already waiting for us at the entrance, spacious apartment, all well accommodated, leisure area of the building is wonderful, the children enjoyed every space of the Condominium, pet space for my dog to play, people, the stay was sensational, I just have to thank you for the days we stayed, and soon we will be back for sure! I loved the stay. The apartment is very comfortable and equipped to meet the needs well, especially for those who travel in large groups like us (9 people). The location is excellent close to markets, pharmacy, restaurants, a few meters from Pintagueiras beach that won our heart.

It is always very good to return to Marcos' coverage, in addition to being a wonderful host and very kind and flexible.

Very good location, the large window gives very good illumination. There was some equipment to renovate but David was very responsive to fix what was needed. It has everything nearby, beach, restaurant, laundry, library, … Recommended

The apartment is in line with the photos, but without the pleasant feeling of being by the sea, with the privilege of being on two beaches in Guarujá in a few steps. The apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom that I used as an office, because while my family took advantage of the city I worked (the environment is airy and has a support countertop, the sign of the wifi there is less intense, but did not harm me). There are basic utensils, tv and comfortable beds. The showers are very good. It has two accesses (social and service), which allows better comfort. Building staff are communicative and helpful. We had no problem. There is the sea, common due to proximity. There are nearby markets, bakeries and restaurants, I recommend Avelinos, Anderson's Pizzeria and Pizza and Chopp Halle for seafood. Were very good days. Thanks to Ivan for the prompt communication. Would recommend.

Bruno's house really has personality. A decor that recalls family moments and tastes, making us feel close even without knowing them. Home-faced home. Air-conditioning that is freezing. Everything offered works properly. Check-in was super easy, the barbecue was impeccable. We have a good time. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Santos! The place was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The building felt very safe, and the apartment itself had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and great air conditioning. I have no words to describe my stay at Carnival 2025, the summary in just one WONDERFUL WORD 😍🙏 The apartment is beautiful and exactly the same as the photos and even better. Extremely clean, wide, airy and comfortable. What is presented as leisure in the condominium is unparalleled, all perfect and unbelievable, I felt at home. The location of the building is astonishing, everything around us, supermarkets, malls, restaurants, fast food, cinema and the main beach, which is wonderful, clean and safe, at least I felt that way during my stay. We loved staying in the apartment, it was super clean and organized. The view was amazing, overlooking the mountains. Township very close to the beach and trades. There's a mall 4 minutes' walk away and an avenue with everything and more.
