And with a great location, close to hypermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, ice cream parlors and restaurants (on the waterfront, in front of the building), in the Aviação neighborhood! You can leave your car in the building's garage, as the apartment has 2 designated covered spaces, and you can do everything on foot!
