Location: 2-minute walk to the beach, Oxxo on the corner of the apartment, 4 minutes to Padaria Boa Praça, 5-minute walk to the Major kiosk. Very airy, with a fan in the living room and bedroom. Garage space inside the condo. Room with queen bed and sofa double bed King sofa room (3 meters) 1 WC Fully equipped kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Airfryer, TV (over-the-air channels), Wi-Fi, and electronic lock.

Beachfront apartment! Cozy, spacious, modern and with everything you need for a good stay! Family condominium! Very quiet! And with a great location, close to hypermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, ice cream parlors and restaurants (on the waterfront, in front of the building), in the Aviação neighborhood! You can leave your car in the building's garage, as the apartment has 2 designated covered spaces, and you can do everything on foot!
