This condo was exactly what we saw in the photos! The condo was very clean and had an amazing smell. The VIEWS were incredible. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with walls of windows. You not only have an amazing beach views, you have incredible views of the city. You can see all the way to downtown and the cruise port! I highly recommend booking this place. Michael was an amazing host. He was very prompt to respond to my emails. The only thing I would recommend in the unit would be adding some curtains in the bedroom to block out some of the lights that come in from the cracks in between the shades. Other than that the unit was amazing and I am already looking to book again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Rick & Claud were very accommodating and sweet! I stayed at their guest suite for six weeks and felt at home. They were very responsive whenever I needed anything. Everything worked in the unit as stated. The water pressure in the shower was great and the water gets HOT which I loved. Although it was a mini fridge, it held a good amount of food for my six week stay. The neighborhood was also nice! It’s about 5 mins from FIU for students. I took a walk to get my 10k steps in and felt safe the entire time. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time. We thought we would drop our bags and head out but it was so peaceful and serene we ended up staying in and just enjoying the place.

Frank and Ralph went above and beyond as hosts. Upon arrival, we were greeted in person and taken on a tour, getting all the details on amenities. Their responsiveness throughout our trip was fast and efficient, and we felt comfortable and safe staying in their home. The house was stocked with everything we could need, including the kitchen and bathrooms. They even included an abundance of beach gear. We could not have been more taken care of. As for the house itself, we were in paradise. The palms fan over the backyard, providing lovely shade and paradise. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous, and the poolside chairs were great for tanning! Inside was super clean and tidy, and all of the furniture and decorations were elegant and fun. The location is amazing, minutes from everything on Wilton Drive I highly recommend anyone to stay here. The house was gorgeous, and our hosts were very welcoming and enthusiastic.

Absolutely amazing property ! The unit is stunning . Very clear communication from the host . Feels private and luxurious! No hustle or bustle like in most south beach properties . Perfect for families with kids . Resident concierge is a great plus here . They bring your stuff in and help you with any requests

Place and view are amazing. Perfect location in downtown Brickell. Everything’s walkable would 100 percent stay again!

Blake’s place was just amazing. Exactly as listed and clean. Blake was easy to communicate with and friendly. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and do their own thing but also spend time with each other. The pool and hot tub were amazing, but my favorite spot was the sun room! Highly recommend Blake’s place if you’re looking in the Ft Lauderdale area!

We spent 3 days here for a girls trip. Great location, the place offered an amazing view of the beach, ocean, swimming pools and the canal. We took so many photos on the balcony. We could enjoy all the restaurants and amenities of the FountainBleau hotel, the food and drinks were amazing, a little on the pricey side, but in line with what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The entire resort is very lively and vibrant, there’s always music at the adult pool. There was a slight problem with cleaning the fridge right when we arrived, but housekeeping was very responsive. They immediately came and cleaned it. Overall, a great experience, I would totally recommend this place for your vacation.

Excelente estadía . El departamento se encuentra en la zona céntrica de Sunny , cuenta con supermercados, farmacias , locales de comidas y la playa. Muy bien equipado, nos sentimos como en nuestra casa. Ken siempre mantuvo una comunicación cercana y amigable y nos dio flexibilidad para el ingreso y la salida del departamento muy valorado por nosotros. SI volvemos a la bella MIami elegimos quedarnos en el dto de Ken.

We can't say enough positive about Ana's hospitality and the comfort of the cottage. We were in town for 8 days and found that three of us were very comfortable in the space. The neighborhood is great (nearby public pool is spectacular!), parking is plentiful and it is a short walk to Little Havana. Thanks to Ana for making our stay so pleasant!

Allen as a host 10/10 , flexible, carried my luggage when we arrived. Was very responsive, had a binder of things to do, everything in home was clean , had pots/pans/ ice maker , cooler/beach chairs ! The place was absolutely peaceful! Will definitely want to book again! Also he allowed us to meet his dogs Bam Ban and Reecee so cute! All instructions were clear! Absolutely no issues thank you for a wonderful stay !!

Christina was exceptional, providing clear communication and thoughtful touches that made our stay more enjoyable. Every detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, was meticulously curated for guest comfort. This property truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a Fort Lauderdale getaway!

Hermoso apto, limpio , ordenado, lo único es que los ascensores el edificio siempre estaban bastante ocupados y se demora uno mucho en subir o bajar al lobby.

El dpto de Marlen está limpio , y era tal como mostró sus fotos. Linda vista a la pileta y muy completa tanto la ropa de cama, como toallas y reposeras para la playa ! La comunicación fue estupenda Lo volvería a elegir

The property was just as described in the listing. Everything was very clean, comfortable, excellent location. Wilhelm was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly. Very nice neighborhood and very quiet. No issues at all! Well equipped kitchen with lovely entertainment and relaxation areas. We would definitely book this home again!

Sem dúvida uma excelente escolha para quem quer passar alguns dias em Aventura. Região tranquila com o shopping Aventura muito próximo.

O apartamento é maravilhoso, correspondia exatamente ao que foi descrito e fomos muito bem atendidos pelo anfitrião Patrick que sempre foi muito solícito e prestou todas as informações necessárias para nossa hospedagem. Recomendo muito o imóvel para quem quer ficar num lugar tranquilo, limpo e com uma excelente localização em Miami.

El departamento es tal cual las fotos, buenas vistas, muy buena ubicación y un complejo muy lindo. Estaba limpio y las instrucciones fueron super claras para el ingreso.
