Beautiful space, especially the backyard with the hot tub and all the fresh fruit! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked. The beach chairs and towels were super convenient. Closest beach was about a 15-18 minute drive. Daniel and Orlando were wonderful hosts. Would definitely recommend!

other than the annoying neighbor s who complained about 14 of us being there it's a beautiful place and perfectly fit our family need for the graduation celebration we got together for. did recommend getting toilets and beds for ADA standards as it was hard for several of the adults with bad backs and knees. Overall, a beautiful home with plenty of space to gather together but also not be piled on top of each other.

For our annual mother and daughter vacation my daughter picked out Cristina’s home because she loved the house, decor and layout and mostly the yard. The house is better than described. The little small touches added to the house make it even better the house has all you need for a great relaxing vacation. I thought I would hate driving to the beach but I didn’t it is so close and easier to carry your stuff. I ended up looking forward to the drive. Everything you need is close by and we really felt at home. Cristina is a great host, she does all she can to accommodate you and is so quick to respond and ease your mind with any question or concerns you may have. My daughter said “if I ever come back here, I am only renting from Cristina”. Thank you Cristina for the house with the great memories.

We love our stay here. It beautiful and clean. The backyard was amazing to hang out in and the pool was great for a dip. Perfect for a weekend getaway. No complaints.

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

Birthday celebration was perfect in this location. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay. Definitely modern upscale home. It was a mini getaway island in the backyard. Will definitely book again!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and located in a beautiful, upscale neighborhood that felt incredibly safe. The host was very thoughtful and even left us snacks and water, which we really appreciated after a long trip. What really made the experience even better were all the amenities available on the property. There was a great pool, a basketball court, and plenty of other things to do right on-site—it felt like a mini resort! We truly enjoyed both the comfort of the apartment and everything the property had to offer. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-rounded stay! Martina is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and was extremely accommodating and gentle. The place is beautiful and is a few blocks walking distance from the public beach. This area is leas congested than Miami Beach yet is nice and has plenty of food options.

Avery’s home was an 11/10. If I lived in Miami full time, I’d want her help to stage & furnish my place. Her home was not only stunning (better than photos!) but I felt very safe staying there, as the area is filled with things to do & places to eat. I came for a 2 week work trip and was sad to leave. I felt so much at home & Avery’s communication was impeccable from the beginning. If you can snag this home, do it!! I’ll def be booking again :)

Aventura is very nice, lots of greenery. Close to shopping centers. Easy access to restaurants. The host responded quickly to any problems. Good, well-maintained residence. Nice pool.

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

Really enjoyed our time here! Nice apartment that is clean and user-friendly. Great location, walkable to Collins Ave, near the beach, but yet a few streets away, offering a peaceful and quiet oasis in the midst of bustling Sunny Isles.
