Vacation rentals with lake access in Avène

We loved this place with it's large, beautiful garden full of little nooks to sit in and it's spectacular view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for children. The kitchen was well equipped, the rest of the house clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely little bakery nearby. What we enjoyed most was the peaceful and picturesque surroundings and the Olivier and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for things to do and answered all our questions promptly.

Super nice place to stay. Located in a small private forest and right on the beach. Very quiet, beautiful garden with pool. House also first class. Each bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Overall, a clear recommendation.

Flawless accommodation. Clean, equipped, beautiful and with many options (WiFi, TV, jacuzzi, etc.) I would highly recommend. In addition, Benoit is very responsive.

We had a great time staying at Tierry's place. It was comfortable, spacious, sparkling clean and well equipped, and Tierry was friendly and relaxed. We appreciated the drinks left for us in the fridge, and loved being able to walk down to the lake to swim.

A special stay in a beautiful stone house full of character and originality. The setting in the charming little village was peaceful and picturesque, with a lovely lake just a short walk away. It felt like stepping into another world—quiet, cozy, and unique. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something a little different and full of charm.

A very nice and cozy place. We have been there for a long weekend and we have been enjoying the view and the lagoon in front of us. A very good communication between us and a friendly host. We recommend that nice Haus.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The two dedicated parking places are a real boon. It's situation is fantastic, being only two minutes walk from the lovely harbour with all it's restaurants, and ten minutes from the centre of the town. The view from the balcony is truly special, overlooking as it does the marina and the Étang, along the shore of which you can walk all the way to the Canal du Midi. We shall certainly be back.

Everything was really exactly as described :-) The accommodation is surrounded by nature and it is really very pleasant to have your first coffee on the terrace :-)

Very pleasant stay! The accommodation is spacious for a 2 bedroom with a large bathroom, well-equipped kitchen. The view overlooking the inner courtyard is very nice, we can even glimpse the port. Very clean and very well decorated apartment. The parking at the end of the street is very nice and the different entrances to the residence are also very convenient. Delicate touches await you upon arrival. We were hosted very well for check-in to the residence and accommodation. Sylvie is very responsive and answers questions immediately. Very pleasant communication. We'll be back, that's for sure. Thank you for everything!

A little timeless weekend in a beautiful environment by the Thau pond. Very cute and super-equipped accommodation. We had a great stay. The environment was perfect, Gabby has a world that puts you right in the atmosphere of the holidays. The accommodation is just perfect, a cozy little nest where it feels good. We had a really lovely time here. The house is cute and has everything you’d need. The town is small, picturesque and has some local vineyards for wine tasting. The lake nearby is great for swimming. I’d highly recommend!

An excellent stay and a great meeting! We loved the calm, the setting and the amenities of the accommodation, but above all the kindness and availability of Jacqueline and Victor, always ready to provide their advice on the right places to discover and to make our stay even more enjoyable. The house had recently been refurbished to a very high standard. We felt very welcome there, with excellent stocks of essential supplies. We would not hesitate to book another stay there.

Charming house, tastefully decorated, faithful to the description and full of activities available as well as small touches making the stay very pleasant. Self-check-in and checkout are very much appreciated. The house is very well maintained, quality furniture and complete amenities. Magali and Julien are thoughtful and affordable hosts. We did not need to ask them but seemed quick to intervene if the need had arisen. They also left us several special touches for our arrival (bottles of wine, Easter chocolates to look for in the living room for the children and a fire in the stove ready to be lit). Thank you so much! If the opportunity arises, we will be delighted to come back!!

Beautiful square. Admiring sunrise over the lagoon right from the bed, just a few steps to the sandy beach or even to the town square. Perfect! However, due to the location, there is also quite a bit of noise!
