Vacation rentals with a patio in Avène

Our short stay (three days) was very nice, the arrival in the accommodation, very satisfied. It is a very well laid out, new, tastefully decorated accommodation, there is everything you need and it is impeccably clean. Congratulations and thank you to the owner!

Very convenient apartment, perfectly located close to the Canal du Midi and the center of the village. Patrick and Annie have very well furnished this apartment which is very functional and very comfortable in addition to being beautifully decorated. My husband and I had a lovely stay and are ready to do it again.

Really great location, you could not be closer to the center. Newly renovated in great condition, and very fast response to questions.

The space has huge volumes that make everyone feel comfortable and inviting to relax. The bedding is comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. The bedroom with bunk beds is small and overlooks the kitchen but it is charming. Very well located 2 steps from Les Halles while being in a quiet street. Communication is easy with very responsive hosts. I recommend it.

Our stay in Marseillan was wonderful. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. There is everything you need. The balcony and the garage are another plus. The place Marseillan is very pretty, offers many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and small boutiques. There is a small harbor and the bike path to the beach is very convenient. We will certainly go to Marseillan again and can really recommend the apartment. We felt very comfortable there.

We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great, bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay for families or groups of friends. The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. The host who knows the area kindly informed us about the good places to visit nearby. We recommend it +++. Our stay for our friend's bachelorette party was great! The house is spacious, clean and tidy. The pool was heated so we could enjoy it! The house is ideally located and is only 10 minutes' drive to nearby restaurants The host is responsive and was able to answer all our questions before our arrival. Benjamin who took care of check-in and check-out was great too! We really enjoyed our weekend and highly recommend this place, which met our expectations.

The house looks brand new and everything is modern and well-equipped. Our host stays in the house next door but without adjoining and independently. The environment is very quiet and the view is pleasant and unobstructed from the terrace, which is very pleasant in good weather. Access to the D41 is direct and allows you to quickly access the main attractions in the area.

A lovely french townhouse in the peaceful village of Caunes-minnervois. The space is lovely, especially the rooftop terrace and associated living room. Definitely worth what we paid. Host helpful throughout. Limited stuff to do in the surrounding area, but definitely a place for a more relaxing holiday. Would highly recommend!

Ideal location, atypical and pleasant accommodation in such a unique village.

Patricia and Luc are very welcoming and responsive. Communication with them went very well. The place is like new, and we greatly appreciated the air conditioning and the enclosed garden in the shade of olive trees. Big plus for us: that the hosts accept dogs. The studio is well located for discovering Herault.

This is a beautiful, old, typically French Domaine. The outside space is especially beautiful with a large gravelled area, perfect for outside living. The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy to feed us all. The tortoises were lovely, our nearly two year old granddaughter loved them. We also loved the pool. Jacqueline lives next door and was very helpful, luckily we had a French speaker with us to help. Martin is always available via messages to help too. Very well situated for a quick drive to the supermarket, local towns and the general area.

We had a very nice week in a clean and very well-equipped apartment. A big plus for the shaded terrace and the delicious figs! The accommodation is very well located, close to beaches, shops and the port. Everything is in walking distance. What a pleasure! A big thank you to Benoît and his beautiful family (not to mention his beautiful dog who made us fall in love) for this beautiful week. I would highly recommend it!

Clean and perfectly located apartment, with a superb terrace with views of both the beach and the garden. I recommend it, even if the price in my case was a little expensive (with a big Airbnb commission). Only downside: bed linen and towels are not included, but it is very easy to rent them on site.

The apartment is lovely, with a very pretty garden. Self-contained with private entrance. We had everything we needed. Steve & Jane are very friendly, as is their gorgeous little dog. We will return!

Very well arranged accommodation for optimal use, very well equipped, pleasant, quiet at this time of year, close to the beach. It has everything you need for children (1 year old baby). Very clean too. The concierge is very friendly and efficient (water leak repaired quickly). Monique, whom we did not meet, is responsive by messaging and cordial. In short, a great choice of accommodation!

We spent 2 nights in the apartment, very nicely decorated and very nice, spacious and very well equipped. Sunset on the beautiful terrace: superb!
