An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the core of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pineapple and a new kitchen; going up the stairs you can access the two bedrooms, a double for a thousand and one night and a transformable single bed to a double bed and a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub. Outside there are many spaces to read or eat, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs, and a garden with armchairs.

Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. In January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Bed linen and towels 25.00 CHF per person. reservations of less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date. (Short stays only possible as last-minute).

Bus number 3 or 4 from the train station, bus stop: Monti della Trinità. The stairs to the house go up in Via del Tiglio.
