Maxime's cottage is a great place to disconnect from everyday life. Location is perfect! You live a little away from the village and yet you are in the middle of the center in a few minutes on foot. You also live here in a correspondingly quiet way. It is nicely decorated, you have everything you need. In addition, Maxime has created small seating areas all around the house, so you can choose at any time of day whether you prefer to relax in the sun or in the shade. And if you have any questions, Maxime answers immediately and helps you. Unfortunately, we were only here for a weekend. But after this great experience, we hope to be able to come here again for longer. Great praise to the host!!!

Beautiful places! The view from the terrace is breathtaking and the calm and nature are there. Ideal place to go green and go hiking from the accommodation.

We are delighted with our stay in Usson which is a very beautiful village. The panoramic view we had from the house, goes all the way to Puy de Dôme. Even at night, the views are spectacular. The house is comfortable and filled with paintings and drawings and especially beautiful colors. It's an artist's house. We loved it.

I'll find... let's focus... I'll find... I'll find something to criticize about this place and its hosts, so I don't look like a groupie! The accommodation itself? Incredible. A building with an incredible soul, refurbished inside in perfect harmony with the volumes, and the addition of modern touches in total harmony with the rooms, for absolute comfort. Cleanliness? Absolutely nickel to the last detail. D**n. Let's still look... The location? In the heart of an absolutely beautiful village, where the only noise is the concert of birds... or sometimes the passage of a flock of sheep! The hosts, then? Kind, attentive and at the same time discreet, proactive to further enhance the stay. At each exchange, we feel real, bright people, and not just "commercially polite". People we'd love to have as neighbors, that's what! Well... well, it's impossible to find a weak point... In short: go for it, it's a gem!!

Relaxing weekend with family with our two children and our dog, we had a wonderful time. Kristin is a great host, flexible, smiling and with good advice. The place was very peaceful, quiet. The kids loved the ping pong table and enjoyed meeting the donkeys. We did two beautiful hikes, it was very nice to discover the Ardèche in this way. Very clean and extremely well-equipped house. The view is just beautiful. Recommended+++

Le logement est nickel avec toutes les commodités. La literie est très confortable (pour moi qui ai un dos fragile, c'était très bien). Environnement idéal pour moi avec le parc juste à côté. Arrivée et départ sans problème. Je regrette de ne pas avoir pu y séjourner plus longtemps. Je recommande vivement.

Patrick is super responsive and very kind enough to provide flexible check in for us. The house is superb, cozy, clean, tastefully decorated and we're truly enjoying our stay there. We can tell Patrick is going extra mile to maintain the apartment and makes us feel at home. 100% recommend!

We had a very nice vacation. The apartment has flair and is really fully equipped. The location in the vineyards is very quiet. The many animals put you on a farm and in the garden you can relax wonderfully. Albert and Christine are always available and helpful but also discreet. All in all, one of the best apartments we've ever had and highly recommended.

Un des appartements les plus qualitatifs que j’ai vu : une vue imprenable tout d’abord, une propreté irréprochable dans toutes les pièces, et une bonne fonctionnalité. Je recommande pour un séjour agréable en moyenne montagne.

joli petit logement avec tout ce qu'il faut. Attention si vous avez du mal avec les escaliers, il y a une trentaine de marche pour accéder au logement.

Very pleasant stay in this spacious, well-arranged, modern, bright apartment with unobstructed views, perfectly equipped. Small surprise: the TV to connect to your smartphone; once successful, everything is fine! The parking space is a real advantage, in this neighborhood, very close to shops and the center, but with paid parking. For my part, I'd gladly go back.

Victor is a great host! Very picky about arrival details. He responds quickly to questions. The apartment is very good, only small downside (for me who is not used to it) the street noise in the evening with a lot of traffic. For the rest nothing to say, accessible, lots of parking for vehicles. I recommend
