It was perfect for what I needed. Went to a concert in Kings Park so close and easy.

This is an amazing hotel. I loved my stay. Everything is brand new in the room and at the same time Bali style. Staff is amazing. I stayed one month in Bali and this is the best place out of all. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone

Absolutely value for money and great place.

It was sensational. This was by far our best choice for accommodation in our entire holiday. Loved everything about this place, and had the best night’s sleep. Wish we booked this for longer as it was also the best value for money.

3 star hotel but with 5 star services. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and the rooms are so well maintained. Pool gets that beautiful all day sun so it makes you not want to leave. Location is also so convenient - will definitely be back.

Unbeatable location, right in the center of everything. Many restaurants, bars and activities all around. Monkey Temple just a few meters away. Widi and his partner in charge always greeted us with a smile. Very courteous and friendly. Would gladly return.

This review isn't exactly a fair review of Punthill South Yarra as due to a gas maintenance issue we were relocated to Punthill Flinders Lane. Therefore what I describe is more with regards to the Flinders Punthill. The place was overall very good but didn't enjoy the location and the room (obviously) wasn't exactly what I signed up for. Then again the gas issue was unexpected and I really appreciate that they found my family and I lodging in the heart of the city for the same price! I'm sure Punthill South Yarra would've been an amazing place and Punthill Flinders was good too! just that the room was a bit less nice and the loud busy streets don't exactly help with sleep.

I had a clean, cool, and comfortable rest. It is very close to Little Star School, so it is a very satisfactory accommodation for a family who is short-term schooling in Little Star. In particular, I would like to thank the very kind and meticulous Kadek staff.

I cannot thank you enough, you took us in last minute as our house needed emergency repairs, with our dog. The whole experience was amazing. The communication great, the apartment beautiful and the staff at the front desk so welcoming, friendly and helped us with absolutely everything. If I could give you 10 stars I would. A wonderful place to stay with our family of two adults and four children. Plenty of space and very comfortable. The location is perfect and we enjoyed our little get away very much, would definitely stay there again.

Great for access to the local area and a quick run to the airport. Apartment is well maintained and like new. The rest of the building whilst exterior looks new the lobby and hallways clearly have had a lot of traffic showing wear and tear throughout.

We are a family of 4 were very happy with our stay, easy access to everything- park, restaurant-cafe, grocery,-walk around the city or to the night market, clean and tidy, great for the family or solo. The room is private and feel really safe, the bed is very comfy and beautiful view from the balcony ! Eli is very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Would recommend to anyone:)

The apartment is spacious and was clean. Morita is fantastic with her responses and accommodated our requests. Strongly recommend this place.

We were able to check in a little earlier as the room was ready - this helped with getting to a wedding on time. Room was simple and clean. We had a quick turn around trip so no time to stop for local food and adventures. So exactly what we needed.

Furniture looks a bit old; but nice place to stay in Semporna

I loved staying with Kadek and his amazing family. It was my first solo trip and what a great experience! I felt so safe staying there. I will definitely stay again if I return to Bali. It is a perfect spot; outside of Ubud busy city, beautiful rice field and scenery but just a 10 minute ride to anything you may need. It was perfect.

good value for money, clean room, even if it was small, enough for one person

The hotel staff felt good and helpful.There is a convenience store, laundry nearby, and there are many restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient.The pool was large enough for my 6 year old daughter to swim in.The only disadvantage is that the bathroom floor is slippery.Small children should be careful when the floor is wet.

Simple and affordable accommodation with a friendly host. The host even prepared breakfast & tea for me, he knocked on my door in the morning and left it outside. Great central location, right in the heart of everything. There’s a safe parking space for motorbikes, which was very convenient. Please note: there is no toilet paper or shampoo provided, so bring your own. Overall, a good option for budget travelers who want to be in the middle of things!

I stayed 1 month at Yanik's place and I felt at home. Yanik is a man who you can trust and he will take care of you. The place is near Monkey forest and close to everything, especially if you have a bike. The place is clean and cozy. The staff was always smiling and willing to help. See you next time.
