We’re reluctantly leaving this review, but of not fault of Jennifer’s, but for our own selfish reasons..LOL..We fear that if we adequately describe how AMAZING this place is, that it’ll be extremely hard for us to book again in the future. Not only is the property exactly as described, but coupled with the out of this world amazing staff, this place is truly a dream. Now before I run out of characters allotted, I will make mention that the drive/ride from the airport to the villa is about 3 hours, but if you’re willing to accept that, then welcome to PARADISE! Every meal that was prepared was not only delicious, as well as nutritious and FRESH! We felt right at home and welcomed, whether in the villa our out in the community. This trip was our honeymoon, and Bali and Villa Sedang will forever be a part of our love story. Thanks so much Jennifer and staff!

My wife and I had a lovely time at Karen's place. The location is amazingly beautiful it was always a delight to watch the sun rise with the foreground of the cute farm animals! The house was super cosy and had everything we needed and more, wish we could have stayed longer! Coming home to a bustling fire after a big day of adventure in the cold was also a real treat! Thanks Karen!

Jane and Phil were great hosts, friendly and helpful. Their accommodation had great views over Glaziers Bay. It was in a quiet, country location. The cabin was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you would want. A choice of a lovely log fire and air conditioning. My wife and I wouldn't hesitate to book again when we next visit Tasmania.

What a fantastic farm oasis Ruth has here. My partner and I escaped for the weekend out of our inner city apartment and loved every bit of it. Cottage vibes, warm fireplace, surreal rolling hill views. Very accommodating weekend, thanks again Ruth.

We had the most amazing two days here. The home and surroundings are absolutely beautiful and everywhere you look, there’s something special to take in. From peaceful walks right outside the house, to a bath overlooking the bush, and waking up to kangaroos at the window, it was pure magic. The space had everything we needed, and Denny was incredibly helpful in the lead-up to our stay. I truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. Do yourself a favour and book this place!

What an unbelievable gem hidden away in the trees. Bud (🐶) & I couldn’t have had a more peaceful week away at Fleur & Mike’s stunning loft. From watching the sheep out of the kitchen window (or from the shower when I was quiet enough), to the thoughtful, kind of romantic, cabin decor. We felt so at home, whilst also feeling so removed from the city - which is exactly what we were looking for. The highlights for us were walking into a toasty fireplace lit for us by the wonderful Sarah, the open-door morning showers, strolls around the land, and the dance parties inside at night with the sound system up loud. Thank you again for having us, we’ll be recommending to everyone.

We had such a wonderful time, the Ferguson valley is so close by and is a beautiful scenic drive to and from the property. The view was incredible from our chalet on the hill and we kept cosy by the fireplace in the winter cold. The animals were especially cute as well

The breakfast provided was a wonderful touch, featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients that made mornings extra special. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing escape or a scenic base to explore the area, this spot is an absolute must. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Jazmine and Wilson’s place. The house is secluded and surrounded by nature. It’s super cosy and got all the amenities needed. We could see how much effort they put into maintaining the house to such a high standard and all the attention to details. Everything was spotless. We enjoyed a warm bonfire night under the starry sky. And we got to meet the lambs and goats Pepper and Ginger! The pancake recipe by Jazmine was also absolutely delicious. Can’t recommend this place more and will definitely come back for another stay in the future!

Just the most fabulous stay - better than the pictures. We were so comfortable, we couldn't have wanted for anything, Samara had it! Designed like Pinterest pics, so cozy with the fire pits and great communication with hosts. Thanks Samara!!

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay. Star gazing in the hot tub was our highlight. Would recommended it for anyone who loves the farm and being with nature. We saw alpacas and kanagaroos in the backyard. Very high quality kitchenware when cooking up a storm. Great night sleep, the mattress and pillows were comfy! Only feedback is to have entrance lights/driveway lights to the cottages. Note, we arrived quite late in the dark. Otherwise, loved the experience!

We had an amazing stay at Duckhill N Farm! The host was fantastic, providing a list of local recommendations that were spot on every place we tried was incredible and made our trip so memorable. The privacy was perfect, yet we still enjoyed full access to the farm, which added such a unique charm to our stay. Highly recommend this gem

A relaxing, peaceful space for a short break away. Plenty of walks and activities nearby. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Beautiful stay in this tiny home, very private and relaxing. Super well kept home. Water pressure quite poor.

Absolutely stunning views, you walk outside the sliding doors that overlooked the pool and it is breathtaking. The house was in very clean condition. I was able to take my children to the stables that’s on the property to feed the horses, donkeys and dogs. The kangaroos came to the front of the property each morning. Honestly a 10/10. Hosts were very helpful too, were super responsive and helped me find a private chef that came out to the property. Thanks again

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at The Winged House, and it exceeded every expectation. Perched dramatically above the Bass Strait, the property offers breathtaking, uninterrupted views that shift constantly with the moods of the sea and sky—storms rolling in, magnificent sunsets, and stars appearing in pristine darkness. The house itself is a work of art: luxurious, private, and beautifully appointed with thoughtful inclusions throughout. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for—there were generous treats waiting for us, and every detail had clearly been considered to make our stay both comfortable and memorable. What truly stood out was the sense of solitude and serenity. We felt wrapped in nature, yet cocooned in comfort. The ever-changing views of ocean and sky were mesmerizing, offering a rare sense of peace and inspiration. For anyone seeking a unique, luxurious retreat where nature and architecture combine, we wholeheartedly recommend The Winged House.

Mrs M’s Cottage was hands-down our favourite stay of our entire trip! Full of charm and rustic character, the cottage is beautifully decorated and incredibly cosy. We loved curling up by the fire with a book in the window seat and soaking in the stunning farmland and the most incredible view of the Nut! Everything about the cottage invites you to slow down and enjoy the simple pleasures. Board games, puzzles and even an impressive DVD collection! And of course, we adored Maggie, the sweet farm dog who visited daily for cuddles and scratches. A peaceful, heartwarming esape!

Absolutely stunning location and beautiful home. Roxy was an amazing hostess and took good care of us during our stay. The misty mornings were surreal and helped to create a magical experience.

The Barn was the perfect get away for our mini-moon post wedding! It was such a clean, peaceful place to stay! Ellie was incredible with her communication, and we couldn’t be more thankful that she allowed us to have an early check in on the morning of our wedding, so we didn’t have to stress about getting out belongings there! The kitchen was fantastic and we were able to cook a few meals while there! The scenery and privacy was incredible! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you ☺️

This was the most amazing place I've stayed. It's on an enchanting grounds where you could be in a fantasy novel, it's unlike anywhere on earth. the hosts are lovley and welcoming and I never went wanting for firewood. I'll see that charming room with the comfy chairs and the fireplace in my dreams for years to come. I hope I get to come back.

Beautiful stay - cosy, inviting, comfortable. The outdoor bath was peaceful and the fire kept us nice and warm. We had a go at cooking the apple crumble using the Aga and it turned out great.

This is a beautiful property and exactly what we were looking for - it’s close to the nearby towns but still super private and with beautiful views around it. Instructions were super detailed and the place was absolutely lovely - even better than in the listing. We will be back again soon!
