Booked the villa after seeing reviews from other solo female travelers and I wanted to share that I had a great experience! Putu and the whole team are so kind and responsive. I flew in at night and they helped arrange transport and a late check-in. I always felt safe at the villa and there were tons of spas and restaurants within walking distance. It’s a great choice if you want to be in the heart of Ubud but still want something quiet and peaceful to come home to. Also it is located down a small alley but I came home alone after dark like 11PM twice and it was completely safe.

Albert and his staff were absolutely amazing, we had such an amazing time. Room was perfect, peaceful but close to a lot, we loved open house cafe literally around the corner. Our room was cleaned daily to perfection and we rented a scooter from Albert which was amazing! Had the best time would definitely recommend, I can't stress enough how sweet Albert and the cleaner (sorry forgot her name) but both were the kindest people ever like family! Can't wait to stay again next time we come to Bali!

From the friendly check ins, the cute food hamper, cake deliveries and food to feed the birds that visit you throughout the day. The views are stunning, spa bath is on point and even though you feel that you are deep in the forest, you are only a 5min walk away from local shops and cafes. Perfect if you feel like nesting amongst nature with a fireplace. If you're um-ing and ah-ing to book - just do it. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be booking this beautiful accommodation again!!!

My partner and I had the most beautiful weekend at Serendip. It was peaceful, relaxing and had everything we needed. Rachel was very accomodating of our late arrival and prompt to respond with any requests we had. The shack is beautifully furnished and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We especially loved the outdoor hot tub and access to the canoe. We will definitely come back!
