Mitten auf dem ostfriesischen Lande steht Ihnen ein 1-Zimmer-Appartment zur Verfügung, welches ein Doppelbett für zwei Personen enthält, aber durch ein vorhandenes Schlafsofa und eine weitere Liege auf 4-5 Personen aufgestockt werden kann. Das Appartment hat einen separaten Eingang. Gerne steht Ihnen das ganze Grundstück für Ihre Erholung zur Verfügung. Auch Ihre großen und kleinen vierbeinigen Lieblinge sind herzlich willkommen! Im Stall steht noch eine Pferde-Box zur Verfügung. Ansonsten gibt es im Sommer ausreichend Platz auf den saftigen Weiden. Auch ein Reitplatz ist vorhanden. Im Appartment befindet sich eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kochmöglichkeit und Mikrowelle. In der Nähe: Bäckerei im Ort Supermärkte - Nachbarorte Großheide und Hage (ca. 3-4 km) Schwimmbad - in Berum (ca. 3km) Reitverein/-stall - im Ort Nordsee (Strand) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Fähre nach Baltrum - Neßmersiel (ebenso) Schloß Lütetsburg - Hage (7 km) Stadt Norden - 14 km Norderney und Juist - ab Norddeich (ca. 16 km) Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist nicht sehr günstig, weshalb die Anreise mit dem PKW empfohlen wird. In einem alten Landhaus etwas abseits gelegen findet Ihr auf 60 qm eine kleine Küche, ein WC, ein Bad, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Essecke und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Für Kinder nicht geeignet. Vor der Wohnung ist ein Eingezäunter Bereich in dem Eure Hund frei laufen dürfen. Es steht ein Strandkorb und Gartenmöbel zum verweilen zur Verfügung. Ein schöner Wald direkt gegenüber lädt zum spazieren gehen ein. Bis nach Aurich sind es ca. 6 km, die Nordsee erreicht Ihr in ca 30 Minuten.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Moin und herzlich Willkommen in unserer ruhig und zentral liegenden Ferienwohnung in Aurich. Drumherum liegt ganz Ostfriesland. GenAURICHtig für Fahrradtouren oder Ausflüge zur Küste. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten, z.B. Schwimmbad mit Saunalandschaft, Kletterwald, Boulderhalle, Kino, Badesee mit Wakeboardanlage. Die schöne Fußgängerzone mit Restaurants und Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist nur 1,5 km entfernt.

Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad und Schlafzimmer befindet sich in einem historischen ostfriesischen Arbeiterhaus von 1928. Sie liegt am Auricher Stadtrand und ist damit sowohl stadt- als auch naturnah. Die Wohnung hat alles, was ihr für einen erholsamen Urlaub nahe Nordseeküste und Wattenmeer braucht. Fühlt euch bei uns wie Zuhause!

Wir vermieten unser niedliches Ferienhaus in Aurich / Ostfriesland in idyllischer und ruhiger Lage, 3 Kilometer von der Innenstadt entfernt. Das ehemaliges Backhaus hat zwar nur 22 m², ist aber liebevoll und umfangreich ausgestattet. Kombiniertes Wohn- und Schlafzimmer mit Einbauküche, WC mit Dusche und überdachter (nicht einsehbarer) Terrasse und Gartenbereich mit Gartenmöbeln, Grill, Sonnenliegen.

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat alles perfekt gepasst. Ich konnte eine Stunde früher anreisen, was mir bei meiner weiteren Planung des Tages sehr entgegen gekommen ist. Franziska und ihr Mann haben mich sehr herzlich empfangen. Alles war so wie in der Beschreibung, total gemütlich und sehr sauber. Da ich mich vor Ort gut auskenne, brauchte ich keine Empfehlungen und genau deshalb habe ich die Unterkunft auch gebucht, so dass ich bequem überall hin gekommen bin. Den eigenen Stellplatz für mein Auto finde ich auch super. Alles in Allem werde ich die Unterkunft und also Franziska auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Am liebsten wäre ich noch ein paar Tage dort geblieben.

Untere Etage eines kleinen Hauses, sehr sauber, alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos. Großer, gepflegter Garten mit Teich, Stellplatz vor dem Haus. Ruhige Lage aber Supermarkt und Bäcker liegen direkt gegenüber. Eine großzügige Unterkunft für 2 Personen. Die Kommunikation mit Bernd war freundlich und problemlos.

Es war auch diesmal alles Perfekt. Unsere Mitarbeiter haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Und sobald wir in Aurich wieder zu tun haben, ist dies unsere erste Anlaufstelle.

Ein kleines Paradies mitten im Wald Unsere Zeit in diesem Haus in Aurich war einfach traumhaft! Die Umgebung ist ein absoluter Traum – mitten im Wald, herrlich ruhig und perfekt zum Abschalten. Morgens Vogelgezwitscher, abends absolute Stille – besser geht’s nicht. Das Haus selbst war top ausgestattet. Margret war freundlich, hilfsbereit und dennoch angenehm zurückhaltend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Natur und Erholung suchen!

Die Ferienwohnung in einer frisch umgebauten ostfriesischen Bauernhof hat uns super gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Alles war in einem Top-Zustand und blitzsauber. Da wir Natur und Ruhe mögen, war die Lage umgeben von Feldern ein Traum für uns. Unsere Ausflugzsiele waren von dort aus schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen, dass wir bald einmal wieder kommen können.
