Not suitable for children. In front of the apartment is a fenced area where your dog can run freely. There is a beach chair and garden furniture available to linger. A beautiful forest directly opposite invites you to stroll. It is about 6 km to Aurich, and you can reach the North Sea in about 30 minutes.

My apartment is located in a historic building that once housed the old town hall printing house. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, a large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the first floor. A private parking space is directly accessible at the apartment and also conveniently accessible via the terrace. By the way, all income via Airbnb is used exclusively to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! Enjoy your time out - quiet and central!

In 15 minutes you can reach the Aurich city center, the Tannenhausen bathing lake or the climbing forest by car, and in 45 minutes the North Sea. The large garden and the private forest directly at the vacation home offer not only peace and quiet for relaxation, but also plenty of space for children and dogs (no fence) - who are welcome here!

Right by the Ewiges Meer nature reserve is a cozy tiny house – reduced to what really matters and just right for a getaway. During the day, hiking trails and a refreshing swimming lake beckon, while in the evening, a fire, tranquility and a clear starry sky await. And in the morning? The chickens greet you. The apartment is located right in Aurich, 1km from the pedestrian zone and is decorated with a lot of love. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the living and dining room, which is equipped with a modern TV, a small game collection, as well as some books and a comfortable sofa bed. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. Two bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. A storage room with washing machine and dryer completes the offer. There are 2 parking spaces on the property.

The Buchbar is bookable and is an original Mongolian yurt that stands in a 2000-square-meter natural garden. It immediately takes the guest to another distant world and lets him sleep, as in a palace from 1001 and a night. In the book bar there are approx. 200 picture books for the little guests and a substantial book box for adults to browse, view and read and to borrow.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).

The Sita vacation home is located in the beautiful Krummhörner Warfendorf Manslagt, only a few kilometers away from the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. House Sita offers enough space for a large family or a group of friends with up to 6 people. Dogs are also welcome here, they can let off steam in the large fenced garden.
