Silver Birch Chalet on our 15 acre croft, is tucked away in the hills 2 miles from the south side of Loch Ness. It has a steep access path & may not suit those with walking difficulties. Walk across our fields, to forest paths, you will rarely meet anyone except for deer. BBQ & outdoor seating. If you like to be very close to pubs, cafes, shops, etc - this place is not for you. If you like seclusion, great scenery & wildlife, & somewhere you can bring the family dog - we hope you'll love it!

The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). Just outside you have Loch Knockie that attracts a variety of wildlife and is great for brown trout fly fishing. Enjoy fishing in the private Loch nan Lann. The Cottage is perfectly situated for exploring Loch Ness and enjoy hiking the beautiful hills.
