The ground-level apartment is located in a semi-detached house directly on the edge of the forest. We live next door with our cat and directly next to the shared garden is our horse stable with pasture. Enjoy your coffee in the beach chair and look at nature. Located in the heart of Schleswig-Holstein in the Aukrug Nature Park, the property invites you to go cycling and hiking. The historic Ochsenweg leads past here. The North Sea and the Baltic Sea can be reached in an hour by car.

Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature.
