Villa vacation rentals in Augusta

A lovely, contemporary, comfortable home with great showers and comfortable beds. Our only issue was the distance from Noto, on a challenging road, which was much further than expected. Carlo and Stella went out of their way to respond to our needs.

One of the nicest locations i have stayed in. The sea access, terrace and views could not be improved they are stunning. Siracusa itself also stunning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We spent a brilliant week here with our kids (11 and 13) and, although we had plans to explore more of the area, the moment we arrived, we didn’t want to leave. The house has a calm, welcoming feel that instantly puts you in holiday mode. Aside from a day trip to Syracuse, we were more than happy staying close. Pozzallo, a 5 min short drive away, has an incredible gelateria right on the beach. And just a stroll from the house is The Lampana, where we dined on many occasions. The food is fantastic, and the owner speaks perfect english. The house itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and so well thought out. USB ports by every bed. A few practical tips: there’s no house manual, so ask all questions when you arrive. Rubbish needs to be taken to a local point, and remember to save cash for the tourist tax at checkout. But honestly - book it. The view takes your breath away! The pool was a joy, worth getting it heated (30 degrees) if you plan on using it a lot.

Villa Aria was excellent for 3 couples. The interior and exterior of the villa are great, nice design touches- very livable- and beautiful gardens. The exterior space is larger and nicer than we expected based on the pics. Very well appointed, and you can tell the owners have a good sense of style. The location was good, it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach, and 5 minutes to a cafe and small grocery store. The surrounding streets get busy with beachgoers during the say, but there is a driveway with space for 2 cars.

House was clean and with everything equiped we needed. 5 big beautiful bed rooms, every room with an own bath. the garden is nice and we enjoyed the pool very much (can recommend the paid heating especially with children). the beach nearby (100m) is also very beautiful and we loved the smooth walk into the water and the dunes. just as an information: there is no marker or restaurants in walking distance. but some good restaurants in 5 min distance by car, and bigger super markets in 10 min distance.

Really beautiful and peaceful house. Big enough for our family of 8 with a wonderful pool (cold but we still made use of it) and a fantastic outdoor kitchen. Best highlight for us- the setting was a gorgeous and peaceful orange farm (best oranges we had ever tasted). We thoroughly recommend Virginia the private cook. As we were off season many restaurants were closed but Virginia cooked for us twice and it was by far the best meals we had in Sicily!

Authentic Sicilian stay, close to beach, close to several towns.

We had a friendly and warm welcome with Pina. The house is extremely clean, spacious, comfortable. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. Sea views on one side, Mount Etna on the other. Flowers in abundance. Quiet and serenity guaranteed. Pina was very welcoming and gave us a lot of information. Even though the house is isolated, we had all the necessary directions to get there. It is a typical house, tastefully furnished and above all filled with attention to make you feel at home. We highly recommend this place!!!

Alberto was a fantastic, friendly host. He gave us reccomendations, booked us a great value return taxi and even taught us how to make pizza! The villa had a breath-taking view and it felt like our own little mountain retreat. The only downside is that the driveway is very steep and long - we had to leave our rental cars at the bottom of the road (and scratched one car from attempting to drive up it!). But, if you're ok with a steep walk up, then don't let it put you off staying in the beautiful location.

This house was one of the most amazing places I've ever stayed. We went for a week and a half on a family trip, and it could not have been more incredible. Somehow, the grounds are even more lush and beautiful and spacious than the photos make them look. Incredible views of Mt. Etna and innumerable spots for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Our manager of the property was more like a concierge. Gianluca was more welcoming and helpful than anyone I've encountered in years renting Airbnb places. We will surely be back and can't recommend it highly enough for anyone checking it out!

Must stay if you get the chance. Luca was extremely friendly and responsive - he created a chat group before check-in to help us manage the process. He also had a list of recommendations, which we used to guide our first night in the area! House is peaceful and tidy - all amenities were there as indicated. We had no problem finding it (recommend adding the location earlier as there is limited 4g in the area). Highly recommend.

We stayed in the house for a week with nine people (two families). We had a great time. The house is really spacious, and the pool is great. The house is within walking distance of several restaurants that are located directly at the beach. It's a great place to relax and to explore the island. Davide and Fabio were very helpful and quickly replied whenever we needed to contact them.

This place was magic. It’s at the end of an impeccably maintained white track, and when you arrive and walk through the stone walled gate of the Villa, it is a self contained, oasis. Rooms surround an elegant courtyard, with plenty of seating for outside dining. The kitchen is beautifully appointed and has all necessary equipment for making a full meal. The espresso machine is fantastic. What a luxury to have such delicious coffee at home. Thoughtful details are everywhere. Beautiful stone sinks in the kitchen and painted tiles, perfect lighting, a comfy wool blanket in every room, such comfortable beds, a full kitchen/clothes washer for rooms on the upper level, a gorgeous upper veranda with sweeping views of the olive grove, gardens and the sea, garden seating for the grill below, outdoor showers by generous pool and most gracious caretaker to help with anything. We absolutely loved it.

We loved our time in this beautifully maintained piece of history. Everything is preserved with a lot care & love. Our kids spent most of their time in the expansive courtyard. This property is located in a small charming but a self-selfsufficient village, there are a few shops, a bakery & a good supermarket 2 mins walk from the Villa. I would like thank Francesca the was of our stay. Daniella was also amazing. we would love to come back again.

Lovely holiday home for our large multi generational family. Great outdoor spaces. All facilities you need you. Quiet neighbourhood. The pool has amazing views of Mount Etna.

Our stay at Simona's Sicilian farmhouse was simply perfect. The beautiful house and its serene setting offered ultimate comfort and everything we needed for a truly relaxing break. I adored cooking in the traditional kitchen, unwinding on the balconies with stunning sunsets, lounging by the pool, and strolling through the orange groves. Time seemed to slow down, providing the much-needed escape we craved. Simona was an exceptional host – the most helpful and personable we've encountered, always there when we needed her. We only wish we could have stayed longer! I wholeheartedly recommend this charming farmhouse for anyone seeking a genuine, tranquil base to explore authentic Sicily.

We had a lovely stay at Mark's villa. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and given an impressive tour of his horse farm. Mark is visibly passionate and takes fantastic care of his horses. It was special to get a glimpse into the training and care of the animals. Near the cottage, Mark also has goats and our 1-year-old son loved coming here. The villa was clean, comfortable and fully equipped – including a nice swimming pool and plenty of coffee😀! Mark was flexible with check-in and check-out and was happy to help us. Great if you're traveling with a little one! This accommodation is recommended for those who love peace, nature and a touch of horse love!

Villa Erika was perfect for our family vacation. Villa Erika is simply lovely, the yard is comfortable and peaceful. The swimming pool is large and outdoor living areas are versatile. Outdoor lights were wonderfull. The host was always friendly and answered questions immediately when asked. She also told us about local sights. The rental car was good to have. We loved our stay at this beautiful villa! The view and gardens are stunning, it is incredibly peaceful. There are two pools which are fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. You will need a car if you are staying here as there are no restaurants walkable but that is why it feels so peaceful! The hosts are so lovely and very attentive on the phone. I honestly cannot recommend staying here highly enough!

We had a wonderful stay! Nice surroundings with beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. Having a rental car is recommended!
