Newly renovated, modern apartment + bikes

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. There is free parking. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

Vacation home in Ahorntal

Small, open-plan apartment/granny flat on the ground floor with fitted kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) with shower and toilet, towels, bed linen, hairdryer. Bedroom with wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV. Please let us know if you want us to make the sofa bed. Families with children are very welcome, there is a high chair available as well as various toys.

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].

The granny apartment is located in Melkendorf in rural Franconian Tuscany. The idyllic location near the World Heritage city of BAMBERG and FRANCONIAN SWITZERLAND, about 6 km away, offers charming contrasts between city and country. The place is very spacious, located in a quiet location surrounded by chickens, sheep, horses, llamas and alpacas. Ideal for hiking and cycling, separate entrance, private terrace, no stairs, parking space or carport, cozy little wellness area, highway accessible in 7 km, recreational opportunities nearby. Funpark, swimming pool, restaurants, shopping are just a few minutes away by car.

Bamberg's Gärtnerviertel

The apartment is located in the historic Bamberg garden district. There are two bedrooms for max. 4 people. Bamberg city center is about 10 minutes' walk away, while Bamberg main train station is about 5 minutes away. Children are welcome but unfortunately the apartment does not have a changing table, etc. Smoking is not allowed in the whole house, but is allowed on the balcony.

Vacation home in the countryside

Beautiful apartment in the countryside and very quiet location, overlooking the Altenburg in Bamberg. The apartment can accommodate 2 people or a family with 2 children. Lots of greenery and lots of relaxation is definitely guaranteed. Fresh eggs from our own happy chickens and a nice play area for the kids are available. Treat yourself to a break with us!

The apartment is located in a former Franconian farm, the Engelschanze, on the edge of the forest in the most beautiful area of Franconian Switzerland. In the Engelschanze there are 2 separate apartments, which can also be booked as a unit for 8-10 people. A large garden can be used by all guests.
