Supérette pour faire vos courses et laverie en face et au coin de la rue le « pasta sana » un bon petit restaurant italien. Pour votre sécurité vidéosurveillance dans le couloir qui mène au studio. Activité illicite proscrite !

Joli studio de 15 m2, très confortable et bien agencé, c’est comme une chambre d’hôtel avec une kitchenette en plus. Grand lit et matelas neufs, dimension 140x190. Côté cuisine : machine à café Dolce Gusto avec capsules, micro-onde, bouilloire, thé, plaque à induction, ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle. Vous êtes les bienvenus, un petit espace table et chaises, permet de profiter de l’extérieur pour fumer ou un café 🙂
