On a quiet street 50 m from the city center, many shops are within walking distance. The T4 stop is a 10-min walk, Paris is 40 min by RER. Access to A1 (Disneyland) and A3 (Paris) is a 5-minute drive away.

Charming 1920s house of 40 m2 fully renovated by an architect. Very quiet and residential neighborhood, close to all shops. NETFLIX included. NB: I only rent to people who already have positive reviews on Airbnb. The pool and terrace are not accessible with this reservation.

Access also impossible for pets, even small or caged. 250 m from the Stade de France in St Denis, with easy access to central Paris by metro line 13 "Saint Denis-Porte de Paris" or the RER B train "La Plaine Stade de France".
