Deine Wohnung blickt in den kleinen, gepflegten Hinterhof des Hauses und du hast alle Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt vor der Tür. 30m zum Bäcker, 70m zum öffentlichen Parkplatz, 100m zur Donau und 200m zum Ludwigsplatz mit Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passau three-flow corner directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet, only the living space has a window to a school yard in which temporary student lurks. The apartment is stocked with everything you could need, so plenty of laundry, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is perfect for 2 people, but there is an extra sofa bed.

Apartment near Stadtzentrum. It looks bright and very friendly and is especially happy to be booked because of the location, the tasteful, plfl. Equipment, the pretty balcony, the almost immediate location at the Inn and the complete equipment (spices and other kitchen utensils, also shower gel, etc.) You can leave the car on the parking lot and reach the city center in 10 minutes on foot and on the bike path. Shopping and bus stop approx. 100 m
