Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Atri

As a group of 7 friends we had a great time at Raffaella's place. The private villa with the private pool provided us with a good amount of privacy and we could have a great time together, undisturbed. The place is clean with good amenities. Plenty of space to hang out, both inside and outside. Raffaella was super helpful, providing us answers to all of our questions as we've never been in the area before. We can totally recommend her place for a good relaxing time in the Abruzzo area, about 40 minutes drive from the Abruzzo airport. Make sure you rent a car, otherwise the logistics of getting here might be complicated.

“Soggiorno perfetto in una casa meravigliosa!” Siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti di questa casa: tutto è stato pensato nei minimi dettagli per garantire comfort e relax. L’alloggio era pulitissimo, ben organizzato e arredato con gusto. Ogni cosa aveva il suo posto, e si percepiva una grande cura da parte degli host. Letti comodi, cucina attrezzata, spazi funzionali e accoglienti – ci siamo sentiti come a casa fin dal primo momento. Anche i piccoli dettagli (prodotti utili, angoli curati, atmosfera familiare) hanno fatto davvero la differenza. La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata impeccabile: gentilezza, disponibilità e rapidità nelle risposte. Sicuramente torneremo e consiglieremo questo posto ai nostri amici. Un’esperienza davvero positiva!

L'alloggio si Nazarena, è spazioso luminoso e pulito, conforme alla descrizione, ha tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno, consigliatissimo. Grazie di tutto.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. Dato che avevo un Matrimonio a pescara ho decido di concedermi un po di relax tra gli ulivi di Silvi... La casa è bellissima e pulita , in una zona rilassante e tranquilla! Brunella e gaetano sono stati host gentili e disponibili, mi hanno dato consigli sui ristoranti migliori, le spiagge piu vicine e i posti nei dintorni piu interessanti da vedere. L'amaca vista mare è stata il mio punto preferito della casa!!

Wir waren von der Architektur, der Ausstattung sowie der Landschaft in der die Villa eingebettet ist, bezaubert. Jede Tageszeit bietet verschiedene Lichtspiele und die Stimmungen ändern je nach Wetter. Das Haus ist nicht nur stilvoll sondern auch sehr funktionell. Man kann wunderbare Wanderungen in der Umgebung sowie Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Gegend ist bekannt für guten Wein, Olivenöl und Kulinarik. Germano ist ein aufmerksamer und grosszügiger Mensch, wir danken ihm herzlich und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus von Loredana liegt ruhig ohne Autoverkehr im kleinen Ort Spoltore, unterhalb von einem kleinem Platz und mit großartiger Terrasse. Ausblick auch auf die Berge. Ortsmitte in wenigen Minuten mit Bar, Pizzeria und Bäckerei und weiters auch netter Supermarkt zu erreichen. Das Ort ist für einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub perfekt. Sehr sympathisch mit Möbeln zum alten Haus ausgestattet, aber mit allen modernen Notwendigkeiten wie guter Gasherd, großer Fernseher und leiser Klimaanlage. Loredana hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns vorallem bei der Suche nach einem Arzt sehr geholfen. Das kostenlose Parken oberhalb des Hauses mit wenigen Treppen ist problemlos. Wir haben die Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit des Ortes und des Hauses 14 Tage genossen.

Everything was extremely clean, I could see that it is a priority for the host. Lola was very nice and helpful. I recommend going by bus until the bus stop that it's 200m from the AirBnB or going bu taxi/own car just to avoid via Lago di Capestrano, which is very close and not the safest one. However, the neighborhood of the AirBnB is good and I felt relatively safe.

We dad an amazing stay in this beautiful, modern flat near the beach in Giulianova! The location is perfect, just a short distance to the sea, and the flat had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts, a lovely couple, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. The only thing we missed were mosquito screens on the windows, which would have allowed us to enjoy the fresh sea breeze in the evenings and at night. Still, it was a fantastic experience, and we'd love to return!

Alloggio piccolo ma confortevole. Molto pulito e ordinato. Per soggiorni brevi è assolutamente l'ideale (visto anche il basso costo).

Alloggio con vista mare dove vale la pena spendere una o più notti per rilassarsi. Ottimo per vicinanza a supermercati, tabaccai, farmacia e ogni altro servizio utile. Si raggiunge il lungomare e le spiagge di Roseto molto facilmente.

Appartamento con vista mare eccezionale! Pulito, fornitissimo e ben arredato! Guardare l’alba dal giardino è stato meraviglioso. Un soggiorno perfetto per chi cerca relax e bellezza. Consigliatissimo!

Chiara’s place is clean and cozy. The host are friendly and very welcoming. We especially like the terrace, great place to relax and soak up the sun. It is on the busier streets, so there are streets noise and trains sounds, but the location is convenient.

Die Wohnung von Alessandra ist wunderschön. Sie ist mit viel Liebe ausgestattet und uns hat nichts für unseren Aufenthalt gefehlt. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Altstadt ist sensationell! In der ganzen Wohnung gibt es wunderschöne Bilder, auch schöne Bildbände. Wirklich eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die auch sehr sauber war. Wir durften auch früher anreisen. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Stadt Ascoli Piceno ist sehr schön und es gibt auch in der Umgebung so viel zu entdecken.

This unit is in the historic area of Penne. Francesco told us ahead of time which street to find parking. He had his wife communicate with us because she is fluent in English. She proactively sent us information about the Good Friday procession and checked periodically to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Very communicative! The unit is small, but it worked perfectly for us. We really like Penne and the area. Hope to be back soon!

Luisa e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolti con calore e disponibilità. L'alloggio è grande spazioso perfetto per famiglie e per una vacanza con amici! Mare a tre minuti piedi pulitissimo! è stato un piacere stare lì! 😊

Appartamento molto signorile, datato ma tenuto in modo splendido e “rinfrescato” da poco. Non manca veramente nulla tranne una TV . Mila ha provveduto veramente a tutto, la cucina il bagno e le camere super accessoriate, tutte con cose nuove. Terrazzo strepitoso e con vista mozzafiato. Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato tropo breve. Spero di tornarci.

Location is superb. Apartment is small and comfortable. There are some steps to get to the apartment and some steps within. Also some ceiling is low. All fine for people of normal height with no disabilities. We completely enjoyed our stay and recommend Fabio and this place. Thank you

We had a fabulous 9 night stay at Luciano’s beautiful apartment. It is even better than shown in the photos and the view from the outside terrace and main living area is stunning. It is very central to Sulmona which has many fabulous restaurants and bars but also very quiet and peaceful and the whole apartment is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking in which we did a few times using the fresh local produce from the market. Luciano met us on arrival to show us round the apartment and have some great restaurant recommendations. We were in Sulmona for hiking and there are many excellent choices in the Sulmona area. It was our first visit to this area but we would love to return and would definitely stay at Luciano’s place.

A super stay! Such a beautiful and private location, walking distance to the quaint old town. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great hiking in the nearby mountains, delicious walkable restaurants, well equipped kitchen for self catering, and Bruno was a fabulous host. Excellent communication, friendly, and very helpful when we needed some assistance for our car.

Excelente departamento, grande y cómodo, volvería. A tener en cuenta que NO dispone de conexión a internet, luego todo lo demás perfecto.

La stanza è davvero centralissima, perfetta per chi vuole vivere il centro città a piedi! L'ambiente è bello, arredato con gusto e accogliente. In generale la pulizia era buona, anche se ho trovato un po' di polvere in alcuni angoli. Il letto era leggermente scomodo, ma comunque adatto per soggiorni brevi. Fabrizio è stato fin da subito molto disponibile e gentile. Nonostante questi piccoli dettagli, consiglio assolutamente questa struttura per la sua posizione imbattibile e l'atmosfera piacevole!
