Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Atocha, Arganzuela

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

I really liked the apartment, small but super optimized space, nothing was missing, very clean and modern, the area is super quiet at night, you could not hear anything at all, the only drawback is that the light that comes in through the window makes it difficult to take a nap, it looks like it had a curtain but it was not there, I think it can be remedied by putting a little dark curtains on the window and the door, but everything else is good, I give it a ten.

Loved staying at Paula's place! Very quaint and cozy and she left treats out for our travelling dog, Frankie (which he absolutely loved). She also had great recommendations for parks to take Frankie for a walk

Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

Gustavo’s place is amazing, and Gustavo is the best host. He was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. He made numerous helpful recommendations, and really made our time in Madrid enjoyable. His place is pristine and beautiful, & we will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in town! Wonderful place to stay. Brand new, with all the details you might need for your stay. In the heart of Malasaña and yet it is an oasis of tranquility. Surrounded by supermarkets, bars, cafes, restaurants... next to the main street. Super easy check-in process and Paola has always been there to answer our questions. I recommend it 100%. I'll be back!

Jose Miguel has a very cute, clean, comfortable apartment in a neighborhood in transition. It's about a 8-minute walk north from the Puente de Vallecas Metro stop. We were very comfortable in his well-furnished, clean, easy to enter apartment. The instructions were clear, and communicating with him was easy. We joked that we wished we could copy his apartment and paste it into every place that we visit! In terms of comfort, layout, and space, it was one of the top 3 places we've stayed. That said, we didn't cook there, so can't speak to the quality and ease of cooking, but everything else was a gem!

Everything was great. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed. We had extra coffee and sweets. In the kitchen you will find everything you need if you decide to eat inside. It is very close to Retiro Park, where you can walk and relax. There is a bus and metro stop nearby. The neighborhood is nice, there are shops and restaurants nearby. Our overall feeling is very good. We would love to come back. Madrid is a great city.

Isabel and Patricia are amazing and very professional hostesses, they always are in communication with you and do the necessary to make you experience in Madrid so much better, the apartment was beautiful and impeccable, the best thing is the location, very central to the main places to see in Madrid. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ without doubt!

Great location. A lot of places to eat around. Would recommend going to Madrids Pupuseria that’s down the street. Good washing machine. Good water pressure. Host was very attentive! Great overall experience 👍🏼

This apartment is a gem in the heart of Madrid. Safe, central, great walkable areas nearby. It has all needed amenities for a nice stay in Madrid! Recommended! Close to supermarkets, great food all around, museums, parks, train stations! Perfect to experience the city’s culture! Wonderful! The super (doorman) in charged of the building was super friendly and helpful. Everyone in the building was nice and super polite. No noise, nice to sleep great after enjoying the city all day! Great water pressure and endless hot water!

A very clean and convenient apartment, you can find anything you need for the stay . Luis was responsible almost instantaneously and made sure we had checked in safely. The location is also well connected to city center and Atocha train station. Highly recommended

A lovely stay in Madrid. The Puente de Vallecas station is a few minutes' walk away, and there are several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We stayed here looking for a place just to sleep, and it was too comfortable and complete. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, central, quiet, noise-free and very comfortable place. :)

Maria Jesus was a great host. She is very kind and attentive to all our needs. She has a great vibe and very welcoming. We loved the place and even tried to book it on our return trip but it was taken and I can see why. We were fortunate to not only find a great, quiet and roomy place with AC, but also met a great lady. Thank you Maria, I hope we meet again someday.

An apartment with an unbeatable location in a wonderful neighborhood. The apartment is cozy, quiet and has a very friendly doorman available to answer any questions. It is an interior apartment, which gives it a great tranquility and is very well lit, so you do not miss an outdoor view at all. I have to mention that the shower has perfect pressure, something that is not usually common in apartments and that is greatly appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy. I was very grateful that they allowed me to leave my things several hours before check-in time without any problems. I loved everything and would love to go back. I have no complaints, quite the opposite!

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at Paola's ground floor apartment. Tastefully decorated and modern, with a very comfy bed.Air con and washing machine came in very handy. Easy walk to supermarkets, transport links and city highlights. Definitely recommend. Thanks for a great stay :)
