Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Atocha, Arganzuela

Although we could only stay one night, we felt right at home. We were able to travel with our dog and Pablo, knowing we were arriving late, made us the sofa bed. The area is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. I wish I could repeat soon!

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

Loved staying at Paula's place! Very quaint and cozy and she left treats out for our travelling dog, Frankie (which he absolutely loved). She also had great recommendations for parks to take Frankie for a walk

We stay in this apartment for 11 days and it seemed like a super apartment/casita. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the services by hand and direct transport to the center and points of interest of Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and they will move for anything you need also always with a smile and heart. Regarding the apartment it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your house. A small but super functional bathroom and a fairly good shower with pressure, good hot water and different water exit modes. It has a very practical patio and very comfortable to enjoy the sun, tend clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, ironing, cleaning, towels and sheets to spare... Spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't get cold or hot thanks to the heating you can manage yourself. We recommend it to 100%

We were a family of 12 with children and we loved the number of rooms and bathrooms that the house has, apart from the fact that Maria was super attentive to our concerns and everything was solved very quickly.

This lovely house is very clean and gives you a comforting sense of being at home. There is plenty of space, making it ideal for a large family or group. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it's conveniently located close to the city center and the airport. I highly recommend it. Nacho, the host, is incredibly helpful and accommodating.

It was a pleasure to stay at Blanca‘s place. Close to public transport to get to the city centre and airport. We also highly appreciated that Blanca made it possible to adjust the Check-in and Check-out time. If I come to Madrid, this will be my place for sure !

Although it seemed far at first it was a really good location. The bus made it really easy to explore madrid. In addition Maria was very helpful and showed me around the neighbourhood. It was especially warm and she provided me with a fan too! All in all a really good stay and a lot of madrid was explored!

Very bright and comfortable accommodation. Quiet location with subway stop and supermarket nearby. Liuta was very friendly and helpful with us, we would repeat without hesitation.

Ideal apartment and well communicated. Francisco sent us the instructions in time to plan our arrival and provided us with useful details. We were able to access the house a little earlier, which is a nice touch because we had a family event and it made the logistics easier. He was attentive at all times, very friendly and top hospitality. The house is comfortable for four people as it has a sofa bed. It is very bright, the terrace is wonderful and everything was very clean. The cotton bedding and the bed were very comfortable. The apartment has been recently renovated and everything is very well cared for. It has small details such as laundry detergent, a variety of teas, a Nespresso coffee machine, etc. We slept wonderfully, the area is very quiet. It is very well located, close to Santiago Bernabeu (5min) and 18min walk from Pza. Castilla. It has several bus and subway lines nearby. We felt right at home. We will definitely repeat!!!!

We stayed two nights with my boyfriend and everything was perfect. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need and Claudia and Carlos' service was very good. It's close to the airport and a shopping mall that has everything, ideal for a stop in Madrid before traveling.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, conveniently located near public transportation, and easy to access surrounding in madrid by car, because close to the highway. Communication regarding specific house facilities could be better. The sun curtains were stuck, and we had to open the window and pull them by hand, which was a bit dangerous from the 8th floor. Additionally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, so the apartment was very hot. It would have been nice if the landlord had prepared a comfortable temperature in the studio beforehand.

It was great, exceptional service and very friendly. The apartment is perfect and comfortable, with many shops nearby such as a shopping center, a market, a grocery store... We would definitely repeat!!

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

Isaac has been a very attentive and helpful host, offering all kinds of facilities. Atocha, Lavapiés or La Latina are very close, you can walk to the most central sites. Pets are welcome and, being 5 minutes from Madrid Río, both my dog and I enjoyed the stay very much. Everything was impeccable, there are no noises at night and there are all kinds of amenities. I definitely plan to repeat on my next visit to Madrid.

It's a small and super cozy apartment. In our case, there were 4 adults, and although there is not much space, it is more than enough to be comfortable. The space is very clean, and well equipped in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The location is perfect, less than five minutes from the subway and a 15-minute walk from Atocha. Mireia was super nice and decisive, so I recommend the apartment 100%. The only negative aspect to consider (especially for summer) is that, although it has air conditioning, the community rules do not allow it to be turned on beyond 24 hours. On the other hand, a very favorable point is that the area is tremendously quiet for being in the "center" of Madrid. It does not affect or hear the sound of traffic or the street in general.

David’s place was great — very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Groceries were just a block away, with a bus stop nearby. David was very communicative and always responded promptly to any questions. Overall, a fantastic experience.

We stayed at Hectors place during the weekend and we really enjoyed it ☺️ We will book this place again next time we’re in Madrid! Highly recommended

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

We had a lovely stay at Marc’s! You could not ask for a better home base to embark on a Tapas crawl on one of Madrid’s iconic foodie streets. As the middle stop on our Spain trip, the washing machine for our clothes was a big bonus. And some lovely views of rooftops out of the kitchen / living area, too! As the upper floor of the building, the sloped ceiling in the bedroom is the only thing to be aware of. Didn’t bother us in the slightest and felt cozy. But just something to be aware of. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend! Marc was also an excellent host with great, thorough communication.
