My family and I really enjoyed staying . Tranquility, fresh air and even with cold and a little rain we were able to enjoy all the spaces of the house and spend a cozy and unforgettable Mother's Day.

The place is amazing and peaceful. The house has everything and more. Luziana always available to answer questions and helped me with the delivery of on-site purchases. We arrived at the house at dusk and, right away, we felt welcomed by an extremely cozy atmosphere. The house was impeccably clean, with all the rooms air-conditioned, and we took advantage of the tranquility of the evening by enjoying the fireplace. The next day, with natural light coming in through the windows, we were even more surprised: the view of the lush landscape, the extremely tasteful decoration and the attention to detail made the experience even more special. We thought it couldn't get any better, but it did. Communication with the host was quick, clear and efficient, which brought us even more security and comfort. The condominium is also a charm in itself, with a tranquil lake and swings around it, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. It was a memorable stay. We highly recommend it! P.S. We just missed a scrubber in the kitchen, the firefighters were almost called while we were grilling a meat. lol

Ida was a very helpful host from the beginning, quick to respond and flexible with schedules. Check-in was super easy with the reception of the housekeeper who lives next door. The house exceeded our expectations: comfortable, clean, well-equipped and with renovated areas. My family and I feel at home. We will definitely return!

The best experience I've ever had on Airbnb! Joyce's apartment is simply impeccable: extremely comfortable, organized and clean. I was impressed by the care in every detail. Joyce and her mother are amazing people. Very friendly, attentive and helpful village council. The place is very beautiful, everything was very clean and everyone is very friendly. I can feel the love from our Host, security guard and the cleaner. The whole apartment is beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, separate aircon for each room and a fully functioning washer/dryer. Also walking distance to Av. Paulista and all restaurant. The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The room on the second floor has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very helpful in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

great spot for a few days in SP!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
