Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Atherton

Ashley’s studio suite was very comfortable, clean, neat, and tidy, quiet, and has many great amenities including a nice size kitchen. It was perfect for morning coffee, breakfast and evening appetizers. We opted to have most of our meals out. The sheets (so soft) and towels were fluffy white and high quality. The Queen bed was very comfortable. The studio is located within walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants. We had two amazing dinners at Almanac Brew company and Saltbreaker. Yum! We Uber’ed to Yoshi’s for dinner and a show. Fabulous! Thank you Ashley for sharing your sweet vacation property. Diane & Mark

Great place to stay. Very convenient to everywhere in SF. Lots of board game and PS4 + switch available. Altho the light has changed from the picture, but the lighting was pretty extensive. Something to notice are 1. The heat was a bit loud. 2. It’s a kinda old and fragile building. You can feeling house is shaking whenever a car pass by the street. The host was super nice and responsive!

I had a fantastic stay here. Everything was clean and it was a really nice setup. Great location if you want to walk to Oracle Park or Chase Center for a game. The grocery store is 100 feet away. The apartment is secure/safe and super easy to get into. The staff is really nice and helpful. I enjoyed it here!

We needed two rooms and Jim was able to book two rooms. Highly recommend this host. Quick response time and very helpful host.

This is an airy and bright apartment building and Walter & Celina’s unit is warm and cozy, very clean and well-kept. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the train station and a Costco and stone’s throw away from restaurants and places to hang out. Walter is super helpful and a great host. Enjoyed our stay here, will come back to stay here if I visit the area again

We had the best time in San Francisco and it was largely because of our accommodations at Drew’s place. The location is ideal for touring the city, the quaint roof top happy hour was a nice touch, the bed was super comfortable and the suite was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was helpful with a map and ideas of things to do around the city, and we were able to leave our luggage with the bellhop before check in time. You can’t get better than this place! We would absolutely come back and stay here again.

had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a 5-minute commute to work, which made my if so much easier. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind, as well as very understanding & above all accommodating.always available if I had any questions and genuinely made me feel welcome. Ellen’s place is a true gem—spacious, well-appointed, and in a fantastic walkable location to lots of restaurants and shops. The décor is charming and felt warm and welcoming, far from the typical rental. We had wonderful weather and loved sitting on back patio where we could even see the Golden Gate (a rare find!). Ellen was great to work with – very responsive and accommodating, making our stay seamless. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable home with three generous bedrooms and a dedicated parking space (so rare). We hope to stay again.

Great apartment that is close to the airport and easy to find. Was given great step by step instructions on how to access the apartment. It was actually bigger than I anticipated and quite quiet.

This is an awesome place to stay at! The scene is beautiful, especially during evening. Direct view of Oakland port and surroundings. The community is very peace and residents are very friendly. The host Kathy is also very friendly and responsive. She answered many of my questions. I like the self-served check-in and check-out, which offers a more flexible travel schedule. The only reminder for other people driving cars with low ground clearance is to watchout for the garage entry. There's a pretty sharp corner near the #3 entrance, so if ground clearance is a concern, you can get into the garage via #5. (My Tesla Model 3 cannot enter via #3 as a reference).

Allen was very good with communication and flexible to ensure support and best service. The unit was very comfortable and spacious. The location is unbeatable near lots of eating joints at Santana Row. A dedicated parking spot in the garage was a big advantage. Recommend for long-term stays too.

Alex & Luna’s house is simply one of the best AirBnBs I have stayed in. It is really beautiful house. Big parking , great front porch with cute little garden items, a lovely home that’s squeaky clean, no footwear allowed inside so more cleaner, big garage that functions as a basement with all laundry facilities, spacious living room with a large TV, 3 spacious bedrooms with super comfy beds, a kitchen with really high standard white goods. a cute backyard that very nicely done. The instructions are very clear, they have lift nice labels throughout so you know what’s kept where. The hosts are amazing & very quick to respond. They got us missing dryer sheets & kitchen sponges within minutes of us asking for those. We are fully satisfied with our 6 days stay & surely come back when we are in SFO again.

The house was 4 bedrooms with one en suite bathroom and a second full bathroom. It was clean and well equipped. It was close to hiking trails and close to Los Gatos where we were going to a wedding. We would recommend the house.

It was in a good location close to San Jose airport and Kaiser Santa Clara hospital where I had heart surgery. I needed a 3 bedroom as my brother and sister flew in to assist me. I got them both at the San Jose airport. They took me to hospital on day of operation . I was 2 days in the hospital and only 2 days in the house. Lemon tree and orange tree in front yard. Place has gas stove and I didn't broil anything as I'm more familiar with an electric stove

This home was great! It was spacious, clean, kid friendly, and had all amenities and more! It was very homey, modern, and super comfortable. It also had many options to keep us entertained. We stayed the weekend from out of state for a graduation and barely needed to step out as the home had all the essentials. The host, Jill, is very friendly, accommodating and responds promptly. Thank you Jill for being such a great and professional host! Would highly recommend this stay.

Had a great stay in Oakland at this place. It was easy to check-in, very clean, and the host was very responsive. They left me a thank-you note which was a nice surprise. Would recommend to others for families, but don’t book if you want somewhere to party. The neighborhood was quiet and had beautiful views of the bay. Overall great!

Jorge's place was beautiful–better than the pictures. He was extremely communicative and helpful. If we're ever in the area again, we'll def stay there.

This was our third time back to this property and hope to come again. It is ideal for our needs. We are very comfortable at this El Cerrito location, with access to many local restaurants and shops and offers easy access to Oakland and the greater Bat Area. Han makes sure this property is comfortable and clean and he is easily contacted to take care of any needs or concerns. Fortunately, we have rarely needed to contact him.

My family and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Justin's place, enjoying his beautiful decorated tree, thoughtful gifts, and delicious cake from a well known bakery and the stunning views of the mountains and city lights, including a firework show from the city. Justin‘s house is just big enough that we all have our own personal space but cozy enough that as a family we were all together.
