The kitchen has most everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and extra pillows too. Also watch Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and Disney.

Located just two blocks from what many would agree is the best park in Springfield, with a pond, a botanical garden, tennis courts, a playground, and nice roads to run, walk, bike, or skate on. We are also very close to downtown as well as other commercial areas. This space is on the 3rd floor with private access from outdoor stairs and keypad entry.

We are about 5 miles from Clinton where there are many fun places to go and theres also many restaurants to enjoy a good meal at. we are also 5 miles from Clinton Lake which has a beach and a great restaurant. Great place to stay….easy check in. Had everything you would need for any activity. Great views. We stayed there while visiting family in the area. Will stay again. We fished from the beach. Although pretty windy my son did kayak some. The beach/sand toys and fishing rods came in handy as well. Plenty of chairs and places to sit for family when they stopped in.

Beautiful, peaceful location to unwind and relax. Loved listening to the coyotes at night and sitting by the pond watching birds in the evening. Close to a rails to trails conversion so I will bring a bike next time!

Oh. My. Gosh. I love finding old buildings that have been renovated for rentals. I have never been so jazzed as when I stepped into Marcia's space, and I was pulled back to the 1920's. Beautiful renovation, but equally beautiful and impressive was the respect and admiration the hosts display for the past, and for the history of this amazing building. Such an inspiration! This place should be a destination for anyone visiting the Springfield area. Super WOWED!!
