Great location! Right around the corner from a brewery and less than 10 minutes from 2 great wineries. Downstairs was a perfect place for couples! The pizza oven also worked very quickly and well. Upstairs the ceiling is low, so it just be for kids.

A functional kitchen space is shown, featuring white cabinetry and a gray countertop. A mobile island on wheels is positioned centrally with items on top. A stove and microwave are present, along with wooden accents on the walls, creating an organized and practical cooking environment.

The Petersburg Place nestled near downtown

We immediately felt very comfortable; everything was as described (actually, even better!) and we felt like we were staying at an old friends house. Super clean, with everything needed if you want to prepare your own meals. It was just the two of us, so we had plenty of room. I think it would also be perfect for a small family. We felt safe and the area was quiet and convenient. We spent most of our time in Springfield, which was an easy 30 min drive. We loved being able to come back to Petersburg to relax. Highly recommend this property; the owners were a joy to work with!!

Beautiful home in a great location near the downtown area of Petersburg. The house was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We appreciated the attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the home. We travel to the area several times per year and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip!

Host was very responsive and let me check in a few hours early! The unit was decorated super cute, was very spacious, was extremely clean, had a coffee station, a screen in porch, mini fridge, and a lot of towels/wash clothes ready for my stay! The community spaces are also very clean and added to the comfort of the stay! Would highly recommend!

We had a delightful 3 night stay - this trip in the Matt and Holly suite as a last minute change. It was very roomy and comfortable. Wonderful antiques and furnishings. I loved the second story screened-in area to enjoy the evening air. The hostess Aubrey is extremely attentive and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful! Such a relaxing stay! Everything was perfect.

Three Pines was the perfect place to have our family stay for a local wedding. We utilized the house for a rehearsal dinner accommodating over 50 people. The place is breathtaking and has fine attention to detail. There is multiple bedrooms, with bathrooms to accommodate as well. Aubrey was such a wonderful communicator leading up to and during the stay!

A warm sleeping area features a spacious bed positioned in front of a stone fireplace. A large television is mounted on the wall, with a patterned area rug adding texture to the warm wood floor. A wooden balcony above adds to the open feel.

Our group had a wonderful stay here! Maggie went above and beyond to make us comfortable and make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was neat and clean and we didn’t have any problems getting inside. The location is perfectly placed just a short walk away from the main downtown area where you’ll find restaurants and shops. I highly recommend staying here!!

Beautiful home in a great location near the downtown area of Petersburg. The house was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
