A renovated house with a hot spring bath fed directly from the source spring, built 40 years ago along the Chitose River. [1st Floor] Public space. The dining room and kitchen has a custom 4 m counter with 12 seats. The kitchen is fully equipped with 3 IH cooktops, stovetop pots, cooking utensils, Balmuda oven range, Aladdin graphite grill, hand blender, Bruno hot plate (octopus grill plate), kettle, and other cooking utensils/appliances, commercial ice maker, and refrigerator. The sofa lounge is equipped with a karaoke machine, so you can sing karaoke as much as you like (please close the window completely when using karaoke and keep the volume down) There is a footbath connecting the dining room and lounge. This is also a flowing hot spring.　The bathroom can be opened, and you can enjoy the sound of the river and the natural trees while relaxing in the hot spring. [2nd Floor] Guest room. There are a total of 3 rooms, a 10-tatami mat Japanese-style room with 2 queen beds, and 8-tatami mat and 6-tatami mat Japanese-style rooms. Futons are available in semi-double size. The linens are cleaned by a ryokan hotel specialist and are clean. Linens include bath towels, face towels, and gowns, in addition to bedding. Amenities include toothbrushes and basic toiletries (shared). There is also a hair dryer and a straight hair iron.

Our accommodation is a rental villa in Atami Nature Township.It is surrounded by a lot of nature and in a very quiet environment, with a 3LDK 100sqm and a lot of space.Two cars can be parked. You can see the beautiful coast from the viewing hill.､､､､､､､､､､､､､､､､､ Sagami Bay is a superb view.Early risers can also enjoy the sunrise from Sagami Bay. You can enjoy a hot spring bath in the bathroom, but there is no public bath like a hot spring facility.The bathtub is for home use, and there is only one shower.In the case of a large number of people, please use the time staggered. There are no restaurants, convenience stores, etc. in the surrounding area, and we do not provide meals because we have an entire house.However, the kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a microwave, an oven oven, a pot, a dish, etc., so you can cook your own meals. Internet wifi uses optical lines to connect stress-free. For security reasons, surveillance cameras are installed at the entrance to the parking lot and are not available in the room. Recently, the refrigerator's ice making function is broken, and it is ok for refrigerating and freezing.

A cozy seating area is highlighted by a blue lounge chair set against a backdrop of wooden walls. Large glass doors provide a view of the landscape outside, allowing natural light to fill the space. An air conditioning unit and a television enhance the comfort.

Really amazing spot with some pretty incredible views. We stayed here without a rental car but did go grocery shopping in Atami and brought our food in which was definitely the move. The pictures don’t do the view justice. Somehow they are more beautiful than photographed. This place was absolutely incredible, I cannot recommend staying here enough.
