The apartment is fully furnished. Two bedrooms, spacious bathroom and a integrated kitchen/ living room. We live in the ground floor and are reachable at any time. City center is a ten minutes bike ride away.

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Adgang til fælles pool. Ren idyl på landet, men med kun 2.5 km til gode indkøbsmuligheder, samt ca. 10 min i bil til fantastisk børnevenlig sandstrand. Hunde, katte og heste. Ejer bor på grunden, men i anden længe. Fibernet og tv-pakke. NYT 2025: Gameroom med bordfoldbold, bordtennis og retro spillekonsol.

At bo i vores 75 kvadratmeter store ferielejlighed giver vores gæster en helt særlig fornemmelse af ferie. Når man åbner døre og vinduer, strømmer lydene ind fra skovens, havens og havets fugle. En duft af frisk havluft møder ens næsebor. Også lyset oplever vores gæster, som noget helt særligt.
