There is an exit from the terrace of the first floor overlooking the water at a distance of 300 meters. The home is on two levels and smaller pets are allowed. The property is located at 5 km distance from Svendborg city centre with a rich cultural life. The house itself is with kitchen/living room and with living room and bedroom on the first floor. The garden fenced so smaller dogs can be in the garden.

Better location is hardly available in Odense. Quiet neighborhood in the heart of Odense, close to the city, with shopping, street food and the Hans Christian Andersen neighborhood. Two parks right nearby and the big Rosengårdcentre 3 min away. The house is functionally furnished according to Nordic traditions on 3 floors. Perfect for families or friends. 10 min away is Munke Mose, by the famous Odense river, with cafe, playgrounds, water bikes, boat trips, sun decks and much more. The apartment is also only about 3 km from Odense Zoo

Bring the whole family to this amazing home with lots of room for fun and coziness. There is a lovely garden with plenty of opportunity for play. There is a trampoline, playhouse, mud kitchen, and sandbox for children. The horses walk in the field straight up the garden. There are lots of games and things for creative play indoors. A real family oasis. Small Hypoallergenic dog is allowed to bring. There are several lovely beaches, great restaurants, and an active city life. Kerneland beach is about 15 km. From the house.

There is a large kitchen-living room, fully equipped and a large living room with space for coziness by the fireplace, in front of the TV, a game, or a book. There are 4 bedrooms, and 2 nice bathrooms. The forest frames the garden on both sides and has sea views. We have both deck chairs, hammocks, garden furniture, and a fire pit. Old idyllic half-timbered house with sea views, own beach plot, quiet undisturbed garden, a cozy pavilion as well as two wood-burning stoves for the cool periods. Please bring bed linen and towels. Including cleaning, but coarse cleaning needs to be done. Close to forest and good hiking trails or mountain bike trails in Svanninge Bakker. Enjoy - enjoy Dyreborg forest, beach and water - there is no better place on South Funen. Parties or other major events are not allowed.
