The place was beautiful and more spacious than we had anticipated. The view from the sun deck is mesmerising. It’s a walkable distance from Mondello beach. Clotilde, the owner, was proactive with our check in and check out and provided helpful information on local amenities. Overall, I would recommend!

Roberto's home is situated in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood of Villagrazia di Carini and is 30 minutes away from Palermo downdown by car. So, perfect location without the big city hussle. The place is an actual house, very spacious one I might add and with a nice back garden filled with citrus, olive and palm trees among others. The background is spectacular with a majestic mountain being iluminated by different shades of colors throughout the day. We felt more than welcome, Roberto and his family are great hosts and we didn't miss anything. In fact it was one of the most confortable and pleasant accomodations we've had in our latest travels. Highly recommended!

A super nice place to stay, just as described. Erika welcomed us in a super friendly way and was always available to us. The basic amenities such as water, milk and pasta were great, you immediately felt at home. Super clean, plenty of space and just a place to unwind. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Palermo area but still enjoy the tranquility and proximity to the sea. Thank you Erika for your amazing hospitality.

The stay was beautiful, very peaceful and the house was really big with lots of balconies and space! The rooftop was amazing. Laura was also so extremely helpful. We had a bit trouble with getting around since the taxis doesn’t want to drive inside Carini, just to take us outside the city. So Laura helped us getting a local taxi driver who was incredible too. The surroundings are beautiful, not that many restaurants and hard to find a grocery store nearby, but the ones that exist have really nice and friendly staff. The place is really close to the ocean, easy to take a nice walk. We were really happy with our stay, the house was perfect.

Very nice flat, conveniently located, near the beach. Benedetto was very welcoming and helpful to answer a few questions about the area. The flat is lovely and the patio outside a very pretty little corner. I highly recommend.

I stayed in Marilù's house for a week and had a great time, nothing is missing. The house is very nice, clean, and tidy. Very close to the beach, the convenience store (perfect for shopping because there is everything), the pharmacy, the bar, and the restaurants. Marilù and Giuseppe are special, very kind and helpful. I felt at home, I hope to come back!

We had a wonderful time in Daniela‘s place! The house is beautiful, has a great view and lots of light. The kitchen is very well equipped, everywhere in the house you will find beautiful decoration which gives it a nice personal touch. We immediately felt at home. Daniela was super responsive at all times, helpful and incredibly nice. Easy check-in and check-out. There is a few restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket in walking distance, but it’s best to have a car to get around. Uber/taxi also works, it might be a bit more expensive however. I hope it wasn’t our last time at this beautiful and peaceful place 😊

What a dream place! We had the most amazing vacation in the villa. We stayed at the home with 6 adults and 2 young children (1,5). The master bedroom is almost like a small apartment in its self. There is a room on the ground floor which was perfect for my parents in law who are less mobile. The place is spacious and beautiful. The garden is amazing with the private swimming pool and tennis court. We played tennis every day. The location is also very nice, walking distance from both the beach and the town. We would highly recommend to stay at this place! One of our best vacations ever!

Marco is a friendly and helpful host. As a solo traveller Marco was a dream. He provided helpful travel advice, instructions and went above and beyond helping me navigate the city.

We (family with 2 children 1.5 and 3.5) felt right at home. Zaira has really thought of everything. From the stroller, cot and drinking water in the fridge, everything is available. When we had a power outage, she responded within 1 minute and showed us the solution and we had light again immediately. The house, garden and pool were very clean and we could even bathe in the heated water. The kids had extremely fun and didn't want to leave. To explore the area you need a car and you can be in Palermo in about 30 minutes and at the airport in 10 minutes. Grazie di tutto Zaira e arrivederci!

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

We were in the villa as a girls' group and immediately felt at home. We had a very nice time.

Place was neat and tidy and everything we needed! Everything worked perfectly from aircon to stove to shower. Francesco was extremely helpful and super responsive whenever we needed anything and helped organising airport transfers as well as checkout an hour later to accommodate our flight time. All in all very happy with everything!

Absolutely lovely place, right on the beach with the most stunning view. I loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and sleeping to it too. Massimo was very kind, helpful and informative throughout the stay. I would recommend his place as it has the perfect balance of peace and is close to the gym and restaurants. He sent us a list of things to do and places to see, which were great and coordinated not just a driver but a few drivers, as well as giving us clear instructions when checking in and out. Thank you Missimo, hopefully see you again soon!

What a joy! We spent 2 weeks in the accommodation and loved everything: Andrea's welcome who accompanied us in Sferracavallo to show us all her favorite addresses, the little touches in the kitchen (wine, coffee, biscuit, garlic, basil, etc.), the advice (restaurant, transport...), the interior decoration, the sunny terrace. We did everything by train & bus, the train station a 10-minute walk away (with airport access and Palermo center) is a great asset for traveling simply (and cheaply) in Sicily! We were so comfortable that we even extended our stay and again, Andrea was lovely and very flexible. We already dream of coming back with friends or family to enjoy all the rooms! My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Nicoletta's Airbnb. The apartment was comfortable and well-maintained, and the location was ideal for exploring the area, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and transport to Palermo. The rooftop terrace and sea views were a definite highlight, providing a relaxing atmosphere after days of sightseeing. The space was bigger than it looked in the photos and there was a community feel in the common areas. Nicoletta and her team were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. When we had a mix-up with our transportation, they were very understanding and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of and that everything was resolved. This level of support made a big difference and allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation without any added stress. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a great stay with excellent hosts.

This place is just t what it looks like in the pictures. Besides being beautiful, clean, comfortable with a great location it has an incredible home vibe which is hard to find sometimes in other peoples places. We loved staying at Teresa’s villa! From beginning until we departed she was available and was kind and considerate with the nuances of the home, from the heating system to locking doors, from internet access to equipping us with wonderful amenities and breakfast items before we arrived. The location is awesome. We were able to swim out our door each day and the privacy gave us a wonderful alternative to the busy-ness of a hotel room. The reserve next to the property is a heavenly place to run, walk, or mountain bike and you have just enough activity to be surrounded by healthy, active people. There are stairs to get in-out to access the home so you need to be active for staying here. We loved all the breezy doors and windows, terraces, flowers and plants and the villa has everything you would need for a year. The kitchen was especially well equipped. Teresa gave us recommendations on everything Palermo - including a beautiful haircut for my husband and I. She is remarkable.

Pietro and Marilena's place is great. We were 3 couples, each had their own bedroom and bathroom/toilet. The kitchen is functional, it had everything we needed. Life is beautiful, the place is peaceful and quiet. Not far from Palermo by car, the villa allows a good break from the dynamism of the capital while enjoying the pool. Thanks again!

An incredible view of the bay, the apartment is very nice and modernly decorated and everything is very clean! Many drinks are provided upon arrival, including wine, beer and Aperol, which made us feel very welcome and immediately at home! Carlo is very helpful and always available, he gave us tips about the area and organized an airport transfer at an unbeatable price! We did notice a lot of traffic noise during a few nights, but it could be due to the public holiday in Italy…
