This well presented traditional terrace property is located in the heart of Cosby Village overlooking the stunning little brook, South Leicestershire countryside. The property comprises of a downstairs living room with an electric fire, Sky Tv and Wireless internet, and a fully equiped kitchen diner. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with the option of a King Size bed or 2 x Single beds and large wardrobe, a single bedroom with 1 x single bed, clothes storage and an office desk, and a family bathroom with rain shower. There is an option to sleep a fourth Person on the downstairs sofa bed. PARKING There is FREE parking to the front of the property on a very quiet slip road, although you may have to give way to the ducks from time to time !!! Lovely barn in a beautiful location. Helen was friendly and sent useful email updates. The barn is cosy, very clean and well furnished. There were lots of personal touches such as milk in the fridge. There is a secluded garden area with seating to relax and enjoy the birdsong. Gorgeous accommodation and I would highly recommend it.

This was a really lovely place to stay. The village is lovely and the home was perfect for our needs. The sofa bed is comfortable and it was great to have things like kids cutlery and plastic cups too. The kitchen is well stocked. Having access to the shared garden was a particular highlight, as was the gorgeous birdsong. It's great for access into Tamworth, there's a garden centre a 2 min drive away that does a great breakfast and there's a brilliant play park in the village.

Modern 4 bedroom home with all mod cons

I can definitely recommend this home to others and we would definitely stay again. We are 5 friends who met up to attend a party in Leicester and the house was perfect for us having 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and downstairs wc. We were lucky to have some good weather so we got chance to sit in the ‘sun trap’ garden and chat. The house was spotlessly clean, the furniture all looked new and was in great condition. The beds were really comfy! Always a huge plus. And all the bedding and towels were fresh and new looking. Lovely to have a house that had plenty of plates, cutlery cooking implements etc. Andy, the host, was easy to get hold of and even gave us some recommendations of where to eat. The instructions for access to the house were clear and we were lucky to have 2 parking spots available to us when we visited. There were clear instructions in house. Overall, one of the loveliest places I have booked on Airbnb. Thank you for our stay.
