Marco è stato un host straordinario. Ha risolto velocemente ogni piccolo problema. Il suo appartamento è situato nel cuore della bellissima Montelupone. Arredamento moderno, ambiente confortevole e cucina attrezzatissima. Ottima la pulizia.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen – Danke, Christiano! Unser Aufenthalt bei Christiano war von Anfang bis Ende einfach rundum gelungen. Die Unterkunft war in einem tadellosen Zustand – blitzsauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Man spürt sofort: Hier kümmert sich jemand mit echter Hingabe um seine Gäste. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die warme, entspannte Atmosphäre. Es war alles perfekt vorbereitet, sodass wir sofort abschalten und den Aufenthalt genießen konnten. Auch kleine Details wie frische Handtücher, eine aufgeräumte Küche und liebevoll hergerichtete Räume haben das Gefühl vermittelt, willkommen zu sein. Christiano selbst war ein herausragender Gastgeber: immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und dabei angenehm unaufdringlich. Er hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, nicht einfach nur Gäste zu sein, sondern wirklich willkommen zu sein – das ist leider nicht überall selbstverständlich. If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

L'host gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La casa molto bella. Ha ospitato mio padre e la compagna che si sono trovati benissimo.

Gianluca è un host impeccabile, dal checkin al checkout, è sempre presente se si ha bisogno di lui. L'unica differenza rispetto all'annuncio che il posto auto NON è interno al cortile ma è disponibile (si trova se si cerca bene negli orari giusti) im Via Pola. Tale discrepanza cmq mi è stata immediatamente spiegata molto gentilmente dal Sig. Giancluca perché NON c'è la possibilità, su come è impostato il sito di Airbnb, di inserire l'opzione del parcheggio esistente se non scegliendo l'opzione interno. Cmq posizione favolosa perché si è in centro, attaccati alla stazione, attaccati ad entrambi i lungomare (nord e sud di Civitanova) e alle spiagge libere disponibili oltre ai numerosissimi locali e bagni. Consigliato vivamente. P.s.. Must: colazione sul balconcino esposto a est.

We stayed at LaPerla for around 4 weeks and had a really great time. The apartment was clean, well furnitured and the location is amazing. There are so many good restaurants and bars close by, the city center is just around the corner and the beach is literally across the street. The communication was super easy. Cristiano was always available if something came up and he is an exceptionally friendly and helpful host as well 😊 We had a wonderful time there, highly recommended ✌️🐬

Ho soggiornato presso l’alloggio di Luca per tre giorni. L’appartamento ha rispecchiato perfettamente la descrizione sul sito: grande, pulito, fornito di tutte le comodità necessarie e soprattutto con una posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro storico di Ascoli a piedi. L’host è sempre stato disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. È altamente raccomandato per chi vuole trascorrere una bella vacanza ad Asoli!

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Lapedona è un gioiello artistico e paesaggistico! Si entra in una dimensione di tranquillità. La casa è molto carratteristica, ristrutturata con gusto e pulitissima. Il paese offre un'atmosfera unica, grande panorama, vicino a mare, collina e arte. Da tornarci. Host Andrea gentile e disponibile.

Posto fantastico immerso nella natura, curato in tanti aspetti, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Molto spazio anche per i bambini.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The villa had everything you need, both inside and outside - and the surroundings was amasing. The host was very helpful - helped us to book both lunch at a restaurang and a wine tour. Any question that we had, they respondend and help us quickly with a friendly approach. Wir verbrachten 12 traumhafte Tage zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 2, 4 und 6) bei Francesco und seiner Familie. Das Haus, das Gelände, der Pool entsprechen den Bildern und Beschreibungen - es ist wunderschön und sehr privat. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses sind auf hohem Niveau und dem Preis entsprechend. Die Lüftungsanlage des Hauses ist selbst für die hohen Temperaturen im August vollkommen ausreichend und sehr angenehm. Haus und Einrichtung sind sehr stilvoll, passend zur Gegend, nachhaltig und aus hochwertigen Materialien. Der Natur-Pool ist fantastisch, sauber und perfekt angelegt. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist in einem erstaunlichen Zustand und top gepflegt. Francesco, seine Schwester und seine Eltern sind sehr zuvorkommende Menschen, jederzeit bemüht Tips für die Umgebung, den Strand und Restaurants zu geben. Sie sind sehr zurückhaltend und respektieren die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.

La casa di Rossana è esattamente come nelle foto, forse addirittura più bella. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 coppie e l'ampissima zona giorno open space ci ha consentito di trascorrere piacevolmente le giornate tutti insieme mentre le 4 camere da letto complete di bagno in camera ci hanno permesso di avere la giusta privacy quando necessario. La casa è nuovissima, moderna nella costruzione e nell'arredamento, luminosa e pulitissima. Vengono forniti lenzuola e asciugamani e anche cucina e sala da pranzo sono complete di tutto il necessario. La zona è appartata e tranquilla, abbiamo letteralmente adorato il paesaggio circostante. La proprietaria non era presente durante il nostro soggiorno ma Emanuela ci ha accolto in maniera impeccabile e non ha mancato di farci avere consigli e raccomandazioni sulla zona. Infine rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Arianna. C'est une personne très accueillante, qui nous a donné de bons conseils de sortie ou de repas. Elle nous a aussi nettement simplifié notre arrivée. L'appartement était propre, bien rangé et bien agencé. Situé dans un petit village, nous avons profité du calme de l'endroit mais aussi de la proximité des villes environnantes et de la mer non loin. La communication était également parfaite, notamment du fait qu'Arianna parle un très bon anglais. Une personne et un endroit qui sont vraiment à conseiller pour tout séjour dans la région. Un grand merci pour cette belle semaine.

Host molto disponibile. L'appartamento corrispondeva esattamente alla descrizione e molto comodo per 8 persone. Molto comoda la posizione centralissima e fondamentale per spostarsi senza auto

La ubicación es buena puedes ir en auto o a pie , (15 a 20 min) tanto a la playa como a supermercado, restaurantes y de más, pero ten en cuenta que por las noches se escucha el sonido de la autopista aunque tengas todo cerrado, la zona es segura y tranquila, el departamento es tal cual las fotos, es amplio y dentro de todo es cómodo, se puede cocinar sin problema, también funciona la lavadora y lava vajillas, el baño tiene ducha completa pero no hay bidé, la cama no es muy dura pero hace mucho ruido cuando te mueves sobre todo si eres pesado, no hay aire acondicionado y en tiempo de calor definitivamente es necesario sobretodo en el área de terraza, tampoco se puede usar mucho esa área por qué no tiene mosquitero y con la lluvia hay bastantes mosquitos , hay un poco de humedad dentro de la casa al ser planta baja, un poco de hormigas en la cocina, sin embargo la pasamos bien y Giuseppe fue muy amable siempre respondió rápido y trato de solucionar todo en breve.

Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento di Eleonora per una notte. L'attico è molto confortevole e vari servizi sono gestibili comodamente dal tablet. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo potuto usufruire della sauna, dell'area relax con la parete di sale e di una vasta scelta di the e tisane a disposizione. La cucina era perfettamente attrezzata e funzionale. Ambienti curati nei minimi dettagli, abbiamo molto apprezzato la living room in stile giapponese. Perfetto per un weekend di relax.

It was a wonderful weekend ( we immediately regretted that it was so short). Right from the start we were wonderfully looked after, Francesca was already waiting for us on the street, checking that we were ok. Thanks to her warm welcome despite my health problems, I knew straight away that it was going to be wonderful. Flat great, clean, spacious, 2 bathrooms!!! Water, magdalens, coffee everything is there to start the day well. Super fragrant toiletries in the shower, large towels. Sea view from the balcony.... Close to the beach. I recommend with all my heart and Francesca and the flat. We will 100% come back.😍🥰😍🥰

Die Unterkunft ist sehr angenehm, insbesondere durch die Klimatisierung, wie jetzt im Juli. Der sehr schön angelegte und gepflegte Garten bietet die unterschiedlichsten Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen und hat auch genug Privatsphäre. Das Parken und die Erreichbarkeit ist sehr einfach, sicher und zuverlässig. Zu fuß ist es nicht ganz so einfach, wenn man nach Teramo in die Altstadt, oder z.B. ins la battista (Empfehlung) möchte. Nicht weil es weit ist, sondern weil das Anwesen etwas außerhalb liegt und man dann ein Stück an der Straße gehen muss. Aber das war im Vorfeld klar, dafür ist die PKW Zufahrt hervorragend. Der Standort selbst ist sehr gut, kurz ans Meer und relativ kurz in die Berge. Die Möglichkeiten vor Ort sind unendlich. Felice ist ein sehr umgänglicher und sehr freundlicher Mensch, der seinen Gästen vertraut. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen, bell`abruzzo wir kommen wieder!

Eravamo in quattro coppie . Abbiamo trascorso uno splendido soggiorno. La casa è molto bella, dotata di tutti i comfort, ha un bellissimo spazio esterno , dove si può anche mangiare. La vista è spettacolare. Unica cosa negativa è che l’annuncio non era molto chiaro nel dire che il bagno della camera superiore, non è dotato di doccia

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta! La casa è accogliente, pulita e ben organizzata. La cucina è perfetta, con tutti gli utensili necessari per cucinare comodamente. È stato davvero piacevole trovare prodotti essenziali come sale, olio, zucchero e spezie, che hanno reso la mia esperienza ancora più piacevole. Non dover pensare a comprare tutto il necessario per cucinare è stato un vero plus. La posizione è ideale, in una zona tranquilla ma ben collegata. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca comfort e praticità!
