The apartment is located at about 1000 m The ski resorts Hochzillertal-Hochfügen and the Zillertal Arena are only a few km from our house and can be reached by car. The small, cozy Apart die Almsünde has free Wi-Fi, ski storage room with drying room, car parking!! In winter, winter tires are absolutely necessary!!! In case of snowfall, snow chains are also required!!!!

In the summer you can enjoy the beautiful garden with small natural swimming pond, BBQ corner, small kids playground, different spots with deckchairs, mountain views.
