You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).

Big porch, fenced yard and newly updated bathrooms. Air conditioners and smart TV with basic cable. 10 blocks to the beach, 4 blocks to all the cool restaurants of Cookman Ave and 3 blocks to the train to NYC. New bathroom just built.
