Vacation rentals with lake access in Asbury Park

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. My friends and I had an incredible time. The house is exactly as listed and made us feel right at home upon arrival. Maneesh was extremely friendly and responsive, even taking time to contact me personally on the first night of our stay to make sure I’d reach out in case of any questions. The outdoor area is wonderful with a peaceful dock and a beautiful lakeside view and a great hot tub. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely consider returning in the future. Eugene was very accommodating when we requested a last minute late checkout. His place, although a little bareboned, did the trick for what we needed. Beds were comfy, place was clean, and great central location. And even better that we could bring our pup!

Shawn’s place was great! Very centrally located, 5 minutes to pretty much everything! The host was so quick to respond when we needed extra beach chairs. Also brought us some boogie boards! We were here celebrating a bachelorette party so did a lot of eating out but made a big breakfast for the group one morning and had everything we needed. Hot tub is a great treat! The downstairs has fairly low ceilings so if you’re traveling with a group make sure any tall people get the upstairs rooms, but the basement shower was amazing! Would absolutely stay here again :)

We rented over Christmas to be near our family for the holiday. Upon check in there was the issue of a frozen pipe, but the hosts were very accommodating and set us up in the main house. Extremely clean, warm, and welcoming it made for the perfect holiday away from our home. My husband was able to whip up desserts in the kitchen for us to bring to family, the backyard was spacious and for our dogs to run and play, and my young daughter felt right at home as did the rest of us. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would be back again in a heartbeat and highly recommended!

Great location and house. It suited our needs perfectly for Thanksgiving week with family. We thoroughly enjoyed the musical instruments, records, games, and fire pit. The home is older but full of character and charm. It has excellent Wi-Fi for remote working. The kitchen is well appointed; we cooked several meals throughout the week. Walking distance or a quick drive to many great restaurants. Communication was quick and easy.

We had a great stay here and Kevin was incredibly responsive and friendly. His place was very clean upon arrival and was great for a short trip!

Our stay was wonderful. This home is beautiful, bright, sparkling clean, well organized and very very comfortable. It is not cluttered yet provides areas to relax &/or to play in. We had all of the quality amenities that we wanted. We were there for a few weeks and had no trouble settling in & finding shops for quality food and/or restaurants. We saw Lake Como, which is a block away, from our window and we were a few blocks from the boardwalk and beaches. This area of the Jersey Shore offers family fun things to do and also beautiful beaches to walk along. We rode our bicycles locally and drove short distances to visit some historic sites. This is our 2nd stay in this lovely home and we hope to return to it again. The host checked in with us and responded to our questions. The host made us feel like if we needed anything he was available to help. This is a beautiful place to stay - A REAL GEM! Thank you.

Our stay at Elena’s place was incredible. The house had every convenience, amenity and comfort we could have possibly asked for. There were so any fantastic touches from a welcome gift, to wonderful linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen needs and beach chairs and umbrellas. It was impeccably clean and so thoughtfully updated, maximizing every inch of space. The location was absolute perfection, literal steps to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. It was the ideal house for our family of four. Elena’s communication and responsiveness could not be beat and she communicated to us a number of times throughout our stay that she was available for anything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning!

Would definitely return!! Such an amazing and cozy stay. Alphonse had every toiletry you could think of! Super accommodating and he was a very responsive host!

We had a great stay at Veronica's place, she was a great host and easy to get a hold of for any questions we had. The apartment was exactly as described, the room was large and comfortable. Both the bathroom and kitchen were kept very clean and tidy. The location was great for us, with a metro station just across the street with trains into the city. Would recommend to anyone needing a base to explore the city from!

I hesitate to say how great this place is because I want it for every time I am in NJ. With that said, this place is incredible and the hosts are the best. The description of the place may be selling it short. Most evenings involved sitting on the beach across the street watching a gorgeous sunset followed up by a quick walk or bike ride to several top notch local places for food, drinks, and fun (Al Ponte for Thursday and Friday night lobsters).

Wonderful home away from home. Clean, private and beautiful. Erica thought of everything and anything. I will be back to relax at this peaceful villa.

Jared’s airbnb was perfect for our group of friends who were on LBI for a wedding in Barnegat Light. Conveniently located near Viking Village and How You Brewin’ and easy access to the beach. The house was spacious and setup well to accommodate group gathering while keeping the sleeping areas separate. Thank you Jared for an easy weekend on LBI!

Host was flexible when I needed some tweaks to accommodations. She was clear and open about other guests on the property. She offered extra towels or anything else needed. Stopped by to say hello and welcome me to the cottage. Neighborhood and lodging were as expected since I am familiar with the area. I will stay here again! Love the short walk to the lake and ocean and bagel store!

Michael’s place was just what we needed. The charming, sandy streets, short walk to beach and quiet quaint neighborhood will have us looking to stay again. Michael was easy to communicate with and the house was just as described!

Honestly, just read the other 35+ Five Star Reviews. They are completely accurate. Michael was a great communicator, place was spotless, bed was comfy. We love Asbury Park and will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a long weekend with my husband and two kids. Loved the proximity to the beach. All of the neighbors were very friendly and overall the stay was very peaceful!

Host was fantastic and offered a late checkout without me even asking. Would 100% recommended to anyone staying in the area

Convenient location and responsive host!

We really enjoyed the stay here! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect supplies needed that sometimes you don’t have. Well stocked with towels and supplies. Spotless clean, private and very efficient for my family and pet. Gina was very responsive and we will def be staying here again. Great place.
