An architect project built in 2021 with recycled building materials in our wildflower garden. The cottage is fully equipped. Sofa bed and sleeping loft with ladder (no railing!) Washing machine, electric car charger and bicycles can be borrowed for free in the house next door, where we live. Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Let us know if you want to bring your own sheets for a SEK 200 discount. Cleaning is not included.

Newly-built cottage with sauna, hot tub and private jetty

In the middle of nature but only 20 minutes from Gothenburg, you will find this idyll. Here you can stay comfortably in a newly built guest house with fireplace, wood-fired sauna and hot tub. Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

Relax in a newly built villa in the countryside! The house is located on a hill facing south and has three nice bedrooms, each with a double bed and A/C. The master bedroom also has a bunk bed. The house can accommodate up to 8 people. There is a small hot tub, terrace, charcoal grill, Wi-Fi, AC in all rooms, TV and free electric car charging The house has a separate toilet, a tiled bathroom, an open kitchen/living room that is a lovely social area with a lovely fireplace, and a laundry room. No parties, kick-offs, or work/conferences are allowed.

Stay with hotel standard in the forest without electricity. Cook over an open fire and enjoy the starry sky through large glass sections in a comfortable double bed. A forest experience out of the ordinary in the middle of Halland with proximity to both sea and lake. In addition to the occasional sheep, it is all by itself in a small forest grove. From the sauna there is a beautiful view of the den. Breakfast with local produce is picked up down at the farm. Price is for 1–4 people, including breakfast, sauna, bed linens, cleaning, and firewood.

Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).
