Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. The cottage is located between Gothenburg and Varberg in the immediate vicinity of the sea. The house is located on the same property as the landlord's. Your part of the plot is secluded and you have both a furnished terrace with barbecue grill as well as a lawn and parking. It is a 200-meter walk to the sandy beach, cliffs, children's beach and swimming jetties. There's also a marina and a nice summer kiosk.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
