Your part of the plot is secluded and you have both a furnished terrace with barbecue grill as well as a lawn and parking. It is a 200-meter walk to the sandy beach, cliffs, children's beach and swimming jetties. There's also a marina and a nice summer kiosk.

The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants.
