L'appartamento si compone di due grandi camere matrimoniali e di due bagni, di cui uno molto grande con vasca. Di un grande soggiorno e di una cucina. Non ha il terrazzo ma otto finestre che permettono una visione completa del paese e della valle del fiume Nera.
